- Free admission to the Victoria and Albert Museum is for the permanent collection only. Tickets to temporary exhibitions are not included.
- The 3,5- and 4,5-hour options include an estimated 1-hour round-trip transfer from your accommodation to the accommodation address provided when booking.Transfer time will vary depending on the distance and traffic. We will arrange a standard car (sedan) for 1-4 people, and a larger van for groups of 5 and more. You can book a 5-people tour for a larger vehicle.
- Due to the museum's regulations, 1 licensed guide can lead a group of 1-20 people, so the price of the tour will be higher if you need more than 1 guide.
- 4-hour group tour: max 20 participants. Commentary in only 1 language. This tour is not suitable for people with disabilities.

The museum is very worth the visit and our guide gave us the basic layout along with details about several example displays, but she spoke rapidly and did not ask us for our questions or interests. She left us 15 minutes early out of 120 without explanation. Lovely person but left us feeling $275 each was way too steep. Go on your own, get a map and an audio tour. You’ll do great.
Unfortunately our tour was really poor. Yulia was lovely and an eager guide, however in my request I asked for a guide who would speak loudly since my father is hard of hearing. Yulia was fairly softspoken making it impossible for my father to hear her and I even had to strain at times to hear. Additionally, I stated our interest in a guide who could speak to the The Great Mughal exhibit. Our guide was not aware of it at all. The tour provided was fine, but was not what we asked for, which resulted in a rather expensive and disappointing experience.

We spent hours exploring the fashion exhibits and still didn't see it all! The jewelry gallery was absolutely stunning, and the café's architecture took our breath away. Such an incredible collection of art and design through the ages.

We visited the Members Room Restarunt last week . My sister is a Member . The room has a lovely sunny ambiance . The food was very good and fairly priced . We greeted by a smiling waitress named Cara . Cara took time to talk and advise us on the food etc . I feel that Cara made our visit more enjoyable , Mainly because she appeared happy in her work. We were happy to be there , she was happy to look after us . I must also say that we were impressed by all the various guides who were very knowledgeable and helpful with information and advice . They appear to "Go the extra Mile" in order to be helpful to visitors. Our visit to the V&A was a great day out . We will be visiting again , there is so much to see in the V&A. We are so lucky to have it in London .
Kim was great and showed us the highlights of this massive facility. The casts room was fascinating and the history of the entire museum complex was interesting as well. The walking tour was great!
