From 20 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, all climbers visiting Up at The O2 will enjoy a guided climb over The O2's iconic roof, before stepping into an immersive snow globe when they reach the 52m-high summit. Against the backdrop of the London skyline, the UK's highest snow globe will feature fairytale-like falling snow, the sweet smell of cookies, and a whimsical winter set-up, making for the ultimate festive photo moment. During an extended 25 minutes on the roof, climbers will have plenty of time to capture the ultimate snowy shots. For those looking to really get into the festive spirit, glasses of bubbly, mulled wine or chocolate are also available to purchase. Perfect for families, couples and friends alike, Up at The O2 is the ultimate London climbing experience to enjoy this winter and tick off your 2025 bucket list.

Pure Magic 🌟 The experience itself was amazing and the view is incredible! It was made even more enjoyable by our guide Karl who was kind, patient and very reassuring. We were one of the last climbs of the day in freezing cold conditions and Karl was happy and positive throughout, making the whole group smile and feel comfortable throughout the experience. We absolutely loved the snow-globe, it did not disappoint! (and we were even more impressed that Karl and other dedicated members of the team had carried the individual parts of the globe to assemble it all at the top!) It was so worth it and we are seriously considering making it an annual tradition 🩵
We had a fantastic experience on the Up at The O2 snow globe climb yesterday (30/12) to celebrate my 30th Birthday! Our guide, Etienne, was brilliant - friendly, funny and informative, making time for each group of people and also taking a little bit of extra care and attention to a solo climber who didn’t have anyone to share the experience with. He took a photo of us at the top and even included a selfie of himself, which we thought was just hilarious! The climb up is steep initially but levels out as you get closer to the top and you get a good amount of time at the top to take photos, enjoy a hot drink or a glass of champagne. Coming down is a little more difficult, as the descent is just as steep as the climb up, but it’s a brilliant challenge and the views are amazing all around. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who fancy’s a challenge, loves a bit of adventure or wants to celebrate an occasion in a unique way! It was great experience for the cost, the group size was small which made our experience feel even more personal and all of the staff from reception at the beginning to the gift shop at the end were friendly and accommodating and that made the experience even better. We absolutely loved it!
A fantastic experience from start to finish! Our amazing guide Lily made sure everyone was comfortable throughout and the staff at the top were also very accommodating. Wonderful views and an all round great experience. Would recommend!
Absolutely amazing experience! We luckily got a sunny day so the views were great. Everyone was friendly. Natasha was a great guide who was really knowledge and entertaining. Highly recommend this. Especially if she’s your guide! One piece of advice: Don’t wear green! The walk ends with a green screen photo which is great, unless you’re wearing a green coat 😂

Even though it was raining our experience was fabulous! You can borrow a coat,shoes and gloves to save your! Theory was amazing! He was friendly and informative and made sure experience fabulous! Thank you Theo! It's a real experience climbing the o2 made fun by having the snow dome at the top! Should a great thing to do and so we'll organised!
Wow, what an adventure! The climb up was challenging, but the climb down was something else..the old saying though "if I can do it, then anyone can!" Rings true in this case!. Our safety was paramount throughout the climb and our guide Abdul went above and beyond in ensuring everyone was supported! I will be forever grateful for the kindness shown and the encouragement given. True customer service. A huge THANK YOU ABDUL! you are a star 🌟
The tour was very nice Leo was a nice guide, the climb and ascend is a little hard. But I refuse to give 5 stars to places where you need to pay for the photos
