Get ready for a full-day of summer fun with this ultimate lazy river adventure. With transportation from Ottawa and Gatineau included, join us for a 15 km long lazy river rafting experience down the Coulonge River. This 2.5 to 3 hour lazy river rafting descent is the perfect way to take full advantage of a beautiful summer day. Enjoy a swim, take in the sun, and just have a blast with old and new friends. We provide all the equipment, the raft, and training. Your rafting adventure will end at a beautiful white sand beach by the river. This river does not have any rapids, but the current will do a lot of the work! Perfect for a relaxing day on the water. Afterwards, you will arrive at a white sand beach where you will be able to enjoy a delicious BBQ by the beach and roughly 1h30 of axe throwing on an outdoor axe throwing range. With good tunes, great food, and a beautiful beach, you are sure to have a great time.

A beautiful August day, spent with friends in a comfy and sturdy raft on calm clear water, a host Brandon who was entertaining, funny and did most of the paddling for us, a bbq when we finished and axe throwing makes for a perfect summer day. Cannot recommend it enough. This is just one of the many experiences you can have with Aventure Outaouais. Check out their website.
This was my first experience rafting and a better company could not have been chosen for this. This will be one of many tours with Aventure Outaouais. Brandon Bolduc is the owner, a great driver, an awesome guide, a good playlist maker and a quick witted funny fellow who entertained us all the 15k way down the Coulonge River. It was a wonderful day of sunshine, beautiful beaches, calm water, bbq and axe throwing. A wonderful day!
The tour was so so much fun. Host and guide were so helpful and informative. The rafting was easy and the river was safe and warm . We just floated down the river to lunch , which was delicious.

Brandon is very professional, he gives safety instructions and takes the welfare of the group very seriously. When you say all inclusive, there is NOTHING missing. The descent of the river is beautiful, very easy and I even had the chance to swim. The meal was excellent, followed by good ice cream, what more to ask for! Really perfect day! I'd give more 25/5 than 5/5. I highly recommend this excursion. Have fun!

This was a wonderful way to spend a day out. Everything is run smoothly and easy. The Kayaking was easy and the ice cream was delicious. It was worth going on this trip; a trip away from home for a day to the quiet outdoors.
Three friends and I booked this kayaking and lookout tour for my birthday. The communication leading up to the day was informative and very helpful. The bus was on time and as we drove to the Rivière Picanoc Brandon was great fun and explained everything in detail and what to expect. It was a perfect day to meander slowly down a beautiful quiet river. We had quick swim about halfway along the 5 km. The ride to the Blue Sea lookout was bumpy but the music playlist was awesome. Lunch was very good indeed with an amazing views across the hills. The drive home was just as bumpy - Quebec roads for you!! - we stopped at a wonderful little ice cream stand and had two scoop waffle cones - yummy. To sum up we had a wonderful day out - and would thoroughly recommend this day trip to all in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
Great day trip and very well organized. Brandon was a great guide. The kayaking was very low effort and relaxing. Lots of food provided including lunch, snacks, and the best ice cream. You will not go hungry!
This was such a great day! Our guide Brandon took care of everything and made sure we had the best time. The kayaking was actually super relaxing. Brandon was very helpful, giving plenty of directions and making sure everyone was comfortable and knew what to do. The river does most of the work, plus we got to stop at a couple beaches and go for a swim. The food in the lunchbox was delicious and on top of that, we got ice cream! The tour company provides pretty much everything you can think of for the day, so there is absolutely zero stress if you forget anything. You really can just hop in the van and enjoy your day. This was a full day and a great idea if you're looking for something fun to do this summer. I cannot recommend enough.
