We are three brothers, thrill seekers and go-karts, and we had an amazing time with Buggy Sensation. The equipment is of very high quality and the team shows remarkable professionalism. Emailed 30 hours prior to arrange a pick up point and received no response. Defaulted to the pickup point (buried and difficult to find.) Name provided "Cafe Kiff Kiff" is no longer valid and cafe has a different name. So, we were roaming around in the hot sun looking all over to no avail. Tried messaging contact as well as calling (for about a half hour.) Finally, about ten minutes after our departure time we were told that they were unable to find a driver and cancelling our adventure. It was our last day in Marrakech and was unable to book another time. Very unprofessional and extremely dissatisfied. Did receive a prompt refund. Also, please be aware that this is NOT the Sahara desert but a 'fake' desert to accommodate tourists (the Sahara is more than two hours from the city.)

Pickup Point Details: The pickup location "Café Kiff Kiff" was accurate at the time of your booking. However, if the establishment recently changed its name, we understand how that could cause confusion, and we’ll ensure our information is updated promptly. That said, the location is well-known and centrally located, not as difficult to find as described. Cancellation of Your Trip: We deeply regret that we could not find a driver for your tour. This was an isolated incident, and our team worked diligently to inform you as soon as it became apparent. While it was a last-minute issue, we prioritized issuing your refund immediately, as per our commitment to customer service. Regarding the "Desert" Experience: We aim to provide an authentic and memorable desert experience in the Agafay Desert, which is a stunning rocky terrain located close to Marrakech. It is not the Sahara Desert, as clearly stated in our tour descriptions. For travelers seeking the Sahara, we always recommend multi-day trips, as the Sahara is much farther away. While we appreciate your feedback, we want to reassure future travelers that our team works hard to provide reliable and enjoyable experiences. We apologize again for this rare situation and for the impact it had on your plans. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future under better circumstances.

Great trip. Pick up times were confirmed via WhatsApp and communication was very good. The trip was very accommodating my 8 year old boy who loved the buggy, camel and was even given a ride on the quad. The stop for mint tea, bread, honey and olives was in a lovely setting. Definitely our favourite excursion of our trip

me and my family had an excellent time with memory makers team specially with our wonderful guide Youness who went above all the expectations we did 2 hours of buggy around the palms and 1 hour of camel riding which was so fun everyone had a lot of fun an joy . i booked this experience through MMT office and everything went just as the manager said and more , very organized i highly recommend this team and youness as a guide of the trip he is clever and funny thank you and am sorry for the late respond on this wonderful trip PS this was before COVID-19
