Try Scuba" is an experience for those who want to try to breathe underwater for the first time, led by an expert instructor (maximum two participants per instructor). It consists in a short theoretical presentation, some exercises of acclimatization in shallow water and then a dive with full scuba equipment, carried out in complete safety, at the maximum depth of 5 meters. The Marine Archaeological Park of Baia has 5 dive sites; in two dives you visit 2 sites, one after the other. Prerequisites: minimum age 8 years good physical health moderate swimming skills It requires theoretical presentation, 2 dives, use of complete diving equipment, insurance, expert instructor.

Fantastic experience for completely new to diving people. Very secure and professional. All equipment new and in perfect condition, great staff, all of it, everyone we interacted with was very good and helpful. We were assigned to Alessandra who was a fantastic, patient and accommodating guide. The site itself is really interesting and gives you a glimpse of what's in there and if you care to read about it beforehand many things you see make perfect sense. We really enjoyed every aspect of the experience.
You want to experience an underwater archeological site and see the remains of a Roman townhouse with mosaics, columns, a Roman heating system and marble floors? Then go for this program: Very dedicated and professional staff, excellent preparation, stunning dive: Pure value for money! I had no scuba experience whatsoever, but they guided me along in such a way that I always felt in good hands. Six stars!
We had a great dive and snorkelling experience with SuBaia in this amazing immersed Roman sites. Thanks to their qualified maritime archaeologist, we gained a good understanding of the historical and architectural context before seeing the artefacts under water. The diving instructors were attentive and helpful. The boat is in very good state. They were also flexible with my booking and changed it due to the weather. Good all round.

A fantastic couple of dives at Baia with a lovely team of guides to see the sunken city remains! Walls, marble slabs, columns, amphora and many beautiful, intact mosaics. To preserve the latter we had to sweep the sand off them to look, then put the sand back - it was like discovering them for the first time! Also saw an Octopus and a Barracuda - brilliant!

We stayed at Baia in 5, all friends and couples. The diving is just a few meters from the boarding point. For parking there is no problem, as there is more than one parking nearby, guarded and not (maximum 12€ for the whole day). The staff is exemplary: all prepared and motivated guys. Our diving guide was Carlo and Rachele, thank you very much, you were wonderful, as were everyone else, including my dear friend the archaeologist of the briefing (really prepared and full of enthusiasm!). They bring everything on the boat, the wetsuit is worn at the diving, where there are showers (even hot) and everything you need for every need. They also solved a small technical problem. On the dinghy they are beautiful, professional and patient: you take off your belt and group in the water and they pull it up: you just have to get on board! Thanks. What about it? We'll be back soon for the Smoky Dry and the rest of the islands around. Super good ❤️🙏
