Your professional driver will be waiting at your hotel entrance or the cruise terminal holding a Worldtours sign. We will contact you via the dashboard or WhatsApp 24 hours before the tour to confirm your exact pickup details. Our driver or guide will be waiting with a sign displaying our company name and a list of participants. If arriving from a cruise ship, please specify the name of the ship in order to monitor the timely return to the port.

- Due to seasonal traffic conditions along the narrow Amalfi Coast road, the duration of each stop is approximate, and exact return times to Naples may vary. Our operational team always monitors traffic flow closely to guarantee that cruise passengers return to their ship well ahead of re-boarding time.
- Please note that for bookings received less than 8 hours before the tour start time, the ONLY available pickup point will be at Starhotels Terminus (Piazza Garibaldi).
- The tour departure time MUST be confirmed via the dashboard based on your accommodation. The tour departure time is NOT the pickup time.
- This tour involves walking on uneven terrain, cobblestones, and navigating steep streets or stairs (particularly in Positano). It is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for travelers with severe mobility restrictions.

We had an amazing experience on our tour. Our driver, Luciano, was always on time, and we felt completely safe throughout the trip. He drove so smoothly that my friends and I ended up sleeping during most of the drives, it was that comfortable! Our tour leader, Marco, was equally fantastic. He was friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were especially impressed by how effortlessly he switched between Italian, Spanish, and English to make sure everyone understood. He explained everything clearly and kept the tour engaging from start to finish. The pace of the tour was perfect, it never felt rushed, yet we still got to see everything on the itinerary. Everything was well organized, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Luciano and Marco!

Overall all we had a great time Dayana was fun always trying to make us engage and very informative, she was very clear on the time and place to get back from our own experience; I feel there’s a lot of people around this time and it was good idea to book the tour, the driver was very friendly and was on time! Unfortunately even with the van having a tire issue he managed to bring us to a midpoint where we could get around by ourselves. I enjoyed the Amalfi cost made me feel to come back for longer days just for it.

To start on a positive note, we have booked several tours with Viator and for the most part have had good experiences. We actually had a tour two days earlier in Olympia which was amazing!!! Our tour guide, Cynthia, was absolutely phenomenal!! The scenery on this particular tour was beautiful! Such a phenomenal area for views! I gave a 3 for the guide bc he was VERY rude to begin with but tried to redirect the day when he saw how upset people were. The meet up was a CF!! The instructions were meet “RIGHT OUTSIDE THE SECURITY AREA” at the cruise terminal. We walked around that area for 40 minutes looking for our name in a sea of papers. However, our tour guide was at the very end of the parking area which was a good walk down from the security area. Never thought to walk that far bc it said right outside of the security area. The other unfortunate issue was that although we called to confirm that our family was together on the tour, we were not, so that caused such confusion when looking for our tour and was the reason that calling the tour guide did not help! The tour bus is very small, with very narrow and uncomfortable seats, and the air conditioning was not stellar. If you get stuck in the very back on the row of 4, I feel bad for you. I would say that there is not enough time to do all three of these stops in one tour. This was no one’s fault, but things were very rushed. I would recommend choosing either one or two of these places at the most if you only have one day off of a cruise ship. You will be able to relax more, enjoy local cuisine and shopping, and have a better time.
