Trek 4 days in Berber villages

Great hike in the Ourika Valley and Berber villages. Mohammed was very knowledgeable and an excellent guide. We went as a group of 10 and really enjoyed his explanations, the beautiful views, the waterfalls, and even the monkeys we saw along the way. The villages are authentic and charming. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again and book the same trip.

Great welcome from our guides with incredible kindness. They were really by our side during the entire excursion and really know the area. Lunch with locals which was an incredible exotic experience. I highly recommend without any problem. They are truly locals who want to make their country and their history known.

It was my pleasure to take two day hikes with Hassan and Mohamed in the High Atlas mountains and the village of Tizi Nocheg. These walks were well-paced and very informative. One walk each day acquainted me with life in a Berber (Amazigh) village, and better understand the unique beauty and geology of the Ourika Valley. I had already been travelling for three weeks in Morocco with my husband, but I found there was still much more to learn about Morocco. My walks were part of an experience arranged through Morocco Desert Trips, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the High Atlas with Ourika Tours & Activities.
