Adil was a great guide, he was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a great experience of Marrakech. He also had good recommendations of where to eat, he was at the meeting point before we arrived, we enjoyed our mint tea with him as he explained where we were going to go. We had a great time and we would highly recommend him as it's much more rewarding than trying to navigate the souks by your self.
For our first day in Marrakesh we booked Adil as our guide. He was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, very kind, very polite and great fun. He showed us around the Souks, taught us the art of haggling, gave really interesting information on history and architecture. He was an excellent guide who is very proud to show you around his city. We had an incredible cultural experience with hassan. He adapted our tour and made it a personal experience, we loved hearing and exploring the ‘real’ Marrakesh. We were shown parts of Marrakesh we never would have been able to explore on our own and having hassan there; someone who was born and raised in the souks he made us feel so comfortable and welcome while we delved into the hidden and magical depths of this vibrant city. We were shown so many different processes of handmade authentic produce of Marrakesh from hand chiseled mosaic tiles to leather tanners and beyond as well as learning its origins and its deep history surrounding each item and place.
