Arrived on time, and entered hall to find nobody there awaiting us. Tried using messaging app, with no reply. Finally, after 15 mins of no replies via app, called international number and was told driver was looking for a parking spot. Waited another 20 minutes, still no communication, so tried app again with no replies. Called international number again and told driver still having trouble finding parking. Waited another 10 mins for driver to arrive. Ride was fine, and driver nice. Overall, the lack of communication is what ruined the experience. Felt like we were left stranded, and had to pull information. Poor customer service overall.
My flight was delayed 3 hours. I was on the tarmac with spotty wifi and was unable to message the transfer company. Shortly after arriving the transfer company messaged me to advise me they had been monitoring my flight and provided the meeting location. The driver was very pleasant, which was very welcomed after a long international flight.
