Great communication with a text right after landing, easy to find at baggage pickup, he helped with luggage all the way. My grandson’s luggage took awhile to show up and he was calm and pleasant with this little situation! Safe driver and we arrived at our hotel in Miami before we expected. One suggestion- put the offered water in cooler so that it is cold. Would book this again in a second!
