The boat was hot and over crowded. You could only get limited views with the amount of people on board. The drinks were very good but a little expensive. The bartender was awesome. He does make a good drink. The staff as a whole was great its just the boat and the spacing were uncomfortable.

I received a message from Bayride Tours changing the time of my tour but no explanation as to why. Then everything after that message that came from Viator had my original booking time. My tickets had my original booking time. It was confusing which tour time I had so I messaged Bayride trying to confirm. They didn’t respond to the message. So I tried calling Bayride Tours twice and each time, the call would be hung up on before a representative answered. I arrived at the tour meeting point and found out I was on the different tour time than I booked. The boat was different than I booked too. I booked a tour and the boat was nice, I was given a tour time with a more “party boat” style. Which wasn’t what I booked. There was only one bartender and he was slow. I just wanted a bottle of water and stood in line for about 30 mins.

We could not understand the guide, so missed many of the houses. New bartenders needed, the drinks were terrible. The young lady was the bartender.
