No driver ever showed up. We called Viator and they tried to call driver and there was no answer. They attempted to find another ride and said everyone was booked. So we paid but were left without a ride. Very negative experience. Not the welcome to London we were hoping for. I just hope we will get a refund. She was only able to request a refund.
Our driver, Riu, met us as we arrived at Heathrow Airport. He was polite and professional. Riu escorted us to the Mercedes van. We then had a lively ride to our hotel in East Croydon. As anticipated, the traffic in & around London was fierce. Nevertheless, our driver was very professional and guided us safely to our destination. All in all an excellent experience!!
Jose from LDN transfers was amazing. His car was lovely and fit five very large bags. He was great and helped with the luggage and gave us a very smooth ride and answered all of our questions. He was really great!
Our driver, Rui, was very nice and gave us a verbal tour of the sites in London as we drove through. We told him we were from the US and we chatted about everything, which made the ride much more pleasant.
