Smiley tours was very unprofessional, I was disappointed that Viator did not back me up. The cab driver was speeding and my children felt very unsafe. And there was no way to get a hold of them. The phone number would not pick up.
Thank you Donna for your review I ask driver how was on tour and this is his answer Shamefull family...if asking to slow down on freeway,the driver would slow down...Booked transfer from Dubrovnik to Split and they want drop of Seget instead ( one hour adittional drive,without adittional payment ).Family tends to cheat. You book a tour Transfer from Dubrovnik to Split not to Seget that is 45 km away from Split and you ask for refund when you arrive at location. You want that we drive you for free not in this life.
