We were never picked up at the airport. Another bad experience. Provider never confirmed reservation. We waited an hour at the airport. Very disappointed experience.
The gentleman who picked us up was very nice and punctual, he was always communicating with me, for me the Service 10/10
If your flight is changed by the airline and you are coming at a later time you will be out of luck for a transfer and there will be no refund.
We missed connecting flight. Informed the transfer services immediately . We requested a transfer service same day later time, again more than 2 hours in advance. The request was not honored. At a minimum a voucher to use later or a refund must be offered.
This was perfect! Received a WhatsApp message soon after we landed (you need WiFi which we get because we have T-Mobile and also because there's free Madrid airport WiFi) with where to meet, a picture of the person who we were meeting and the information regarding the car itself. Miguel met us at the meeting point, help take our luggage to his car and drove us straight to our hotel while giving us a few tidbits about the city along the way! Could not have been any better.
Made this reservation to surprise my wife on her birthday as we arrived in Madrid. The person never showed. Called the emergency number 6 times and got disconnected. Zero customer service.
Transfer from airport was excellent and much better than I had could have expected. A very well dressed driver had my name very clearly displayed and was most helpful with my luggage and was an excellent driver with an extremely clean car. An excellent introduction to Madrid.
Ride was great, met us at departure. However, he made a point of telling me the wait time had expired. There was nothing we could have done to expedite the time from departing the plane, traveling to baggage claim, and collecting our luggage. I would have thought the company would monitor arriving flight times.
Good communication from the begining, both company and driver very reliable and professional. Definitely recommend.
