HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO!!! Not sure where the photos were taken, but certainly not at this dirty “spa.” While left in a room with nominal steam, euros were stolen from my bag. The “massage consisted of rubbing my legs, 2 shoulder squeezes, one arm, and 3 departures from the room answering calls. The same was true for my daughter. Tik toks were being watched loudly in the reception area, and there was no wrap at all. We didn’t realize the money was stolen until back at our hotel. We woke up to a notification from my bank stating unusual activity from what’s app trying to access account. They are one of 2 companies who requested what’s app, the other being a reputable hotel to assist with directions. I relied on TripAdvisor when booking to avoid these situations because I believed they vetted the companies they promoted. This was undeniably the worst experience I have ever had with travel. To sum it up, facility is not the one pictured, services were not rendered, and they are thieves.
This was a wonderful experience with Stella Spa. The employees we so thoughtful and welcoming. I felt truly refreshed. Highly recommend.
It was a beautiful experience. I have had Turkish bath and it was also beautiful. However, this tops it. The only thing I will encourage for them is that they will need to improve how they communicate. Letting the client know what they are doing in real time and the benefits for the skin. Above all, the staff were amazing. They made us feel relaxed. The two drivers who also picked and dropped us off were pleasant.

The Hammam experience was amazing! I loved the feel of waves of water splashing up from my legs to my neck. Getting scrubbed down, hair gently washed, and full rinse was a full sensory experience. The slow, quiet, low lit environment smelled of roses and the massage was delightful.

Lasted less than indicated. Also the ladies that massaged us felt a bit unfriendly & didn’t speak English too. They were whispering on top of us while massaging us which felt uncomfortable. Awkward experience overall with many occasions throughout it that made it really weird
