Passengers will be dropped off their respective destinations along the pre-set route.

Great way to travel between Swakopmund and Windhoek. Very safe and reliable.
The driver was amazing and very helpful to all the passengers and drove very professional and safely. The office lady was not very friendly and helpful. I booked online the day before and she did not know about it and thus did not send me the confirmation. The following morning I called her sering the shuttle pass in my street without stopping and she told me it was picking up someone and it is full. I then asked her if the are no other servuce providers that is when she told me about Townhoppers and I did a reservation immediately through Tripadvisor and got confirmation plus eTicket. I then called her to tell her I have made a reservation online and got confirmation. She then asked me for my name which I shared and she was not interested in the confirmation number. She then called Townhoppers and they had a seat for me and she called me back to tell me the shuttle bus is leaving Walvis Bay and it will take about 20 minutes. She asked me for the pickup address which I gave her and she asked ne to send it on whatsApp so that she can forward it to the driver.
