Had a wonderful tour with Alexandra. She was very knowledgeable and was great with our children--even our son who decided that the Tower of London was "too murderous." Would definitely recommend.
Alexandra was wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable about a lot of London’s history and pulled together information from the past and present so easily. Alexandra had the right mix of enthusiasm and engagement skills and it really helped to buoy our kids (11 and 13 yo) through the Tower of London on a hot day and they walked away with some big smiles. Thanks for a memorable day!
Alexandra is a wonderful guide-knowledgeable, funny and great with kids. We learned so much! She made a crowded place much less overwhelming with great guidance, tips, photo ops and stories.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a wonderful review for us! It really means a lot to our whole team. We'll be here anytime you're ready for another tour!
We booked a tour of Tower of London with Pinochio tours because of their reputation and also prompt and clear communication. We kept our fingers crossed for a smooth tour, as our 9 and 11 year old kids were jet legged and also loose interest quickly especially over 3 hours. Our tour guide Alexandra captured their attention immediately and they stayed tuned in the whole three hours despite being tired from a 10 hour flight the night before. Alexandra is smart, funny, thoughtful, and incredibly engaging. She is very good at reading the mood and adjusting accordingly keeping everyone engaged. All 4 of us learnt so much from her and we already booked another tour that we did not plan. Bea at Pinochio tours was very flexible to fit us in last minute and we cannot wait for another fun learning time with Alexandra.

Alexandra will be delighted to read your kind words. :) Thank you as well for your kind mention of our communication and flexibility. It was a pleasure helping you organize your tours. We look forward to welcoming you back to London in the future !
It’s not easy to hold the attention of an active group of kids ages5,8 and 14 but Alexandra did it. She made history come alive! Even though the adults had been to the Tower of London before we all learned something new. Alexandra was an exceptional guide, friendly, witty, knowledgeable and charming. Highly recommend this tour.
So glad to hear you all had such a beautiful experience and learned so much! We’ll be here next time you come back! Thank you :)
Knowledgeable and entertaining, Lucy was a wonderful guide for our family at the Tower of London! In fact everyone (including two kids, 5 and 7 years old) enjoyed her tour of the Tower so much that we booked her for a tour of Westminster Abbey. Highly recommend!
We learned so much and Lucy brought it all to life so well! She catered it perfectly for young children.
Our guide Alexandra was warm, witty, knowledgeable and engaging. The kids loved her and talked about the experience all day. She made history come alive for them. Adults learned things too! A super time was had by all. Highly recommend.
The Tower of London is a complex of buildings with many hidden treasures. Mehru our guide put together a wonderful story that kept our grandchildren and us enthralled. Our 8 year old grandson is still talking about it! An enduring memory for all of us!
This tour was fantastic for our family. Our guide kept our son entertained and engaged the entire time. She was very knowledgeable and tailored the experience based on what he likes. I would highly recommend this for families with kids age 8 to 16.
