Description

Be among the very first visitors inside the Tower of London and witness one of London’s most iconic traditions — the Beefeater Opening Ceremony — before the general public arrives. Start your experience with a short introduction from an expert local guide, who will explain the Tower’s history, layout, and significance, helping you get oriented before entry. You’ll then enter early to attend the official opening ceremony led by the Yeoman Warders, a moment most visitors never see. After the ceremony and early entry, you’ll be free to explore the Tower of London independently at your own pace. Visit the Crown Jewels, towers, and exhibitions in the order that suits you, without rushing or navigating heavy crowds. This express experience is perfect for travellers who want the privilege of early access and the opening ceremony, combined with the flexibility to explore the Tower on their own.

Tower of London & Buckingham Palace

Jo was our guide. She was very informative & entertaining. She made our experience worthwhile. She informed us exactly what areas to visit first in the Tower of London. We had limited time in Tower of London bc we wanted to continue the tour to Buckingham Palace.

very disappointed

i’m a bit confused. I usually have very good experiences with Viator. however, this tour says that you have a guide throughout all the inside. The lady spent an about 30-40 minutes with us greeting us getting us to the early entry point. Ben said go on your way to see all the things on the list in the past everything mentioned the tour Operator went with you and explained each one which is why I booked a tour. I could’ve seen the tower of London on my own with no problem. I wanted someone to tell me things that I could not see myself. it was very odd supposed to last 2 to 3 hours and it most lasted 45 minutes she got us through the gate into the opening ceremony and then left ???? I was confused as I could’ve booked all that without paying a fee for a tour she literally did not go through any of the tower of London with us .

Jeremy I'd a fantastic and engaging guide. The early entry makes the visit very relaxed, and it was worth the price.
