This tour gives you the opportunity to join us from our meeting point in Playa del Carmen where our guides will wait for you and will be in charge of boarding the ferry without lines and taking you to the dock where the Catamaran departs. This tour stands out for the fact that you sail on a catamaran to the reefs to snorkel, allowing you to enjoy the incredible blue tones of the Cozumel Sea. We take you snorkeling to 4 places including the reefs of Palancar, Colombia in addition to Cielo and the Honey. The most impressive reefs on Isla de las Golondrinas.

Snorkeling 12:20 pm-12:45 pm Visit to the Starfish Sanctuary "El Cielo" which gets its name because it is home to many starfish. The ideal way to enjoy its crystal-clear waters is to snorkel and take photos. It is very important not to take or remove the stars from the seabed.
Snorkel and sail to Kuza Beach Club 12:45 pm-2:00 pm Visit to Cielito, a Protected dune area where you can cool off after snorkeling in the 2 reefs and see friendly manta rays and other species.
Kuza Beach Club (Lunch and free time) 2:30 pm-4:00 pm We arrive at the Mía Beach Club where we will have a delicious meal and free time at the beach club including access to bathrooms, showers, kayaks, games and slides. Open bar on board after water activities - Water - Soda - And other delicious drinks Food service in Kuza beach. An option to choose: -Hamburger with fries -Roasted Chicken with Rice -Cilantro Fish with Rice -Entrée: Lettuce Salad. At 4pm they leave for the Cozumel Fiscal Dock (1hr) ️
Visit the center of the Island of Cozumel 5:00 pm-6:30 pm Take advantage of getting to know the center of Cozumel where you can see spray paintings as souvenirs, have an ice cream or simply walk along the boardwalk.
Ferry back to Playa del Carmen 6:30 pm line up to board the ferry back to Playa del Carmen. (Ferry crosses at 7:00 pm to arrive at 8:00 pm)

Do yourself a huge favour and do not book this tour! It does not exist. There is no open bar, you only go to half of the destinations and there’s no lunch included. You do not go to a beach club, they take you to a water park that’s for families and small children. For one of the stops they just drop you off in shallow water and leave to just hangout with no drinks or anything for 30 minutes. The boat is also not a catamaran, it’s more like a ferry. You’re better off booking something when you get to Playa del Carmen or take the ferry to Cozumel and book something there. When we addressed our concerns to the boss of this organization (Playa Mia) he informed us that this tour has not existed in over 3 years and he is not sure why it’s still being advertised. Viator also did not help even after they’ve been informed of the miscommunication between their advertising and the service provided for this excursion such as videos of the boss saying it didn’t exist and other documentation. Save your money and time.
For this price it was disappointing that the day wasn’t quite as advertised. First, it is not a full day on the boat as it says in the description. You don’t leave playa del Carmen until 0900 and arrive to Cozumel around 10. We were on the boat from 1030-1500. Snorkeling with that many people all in one spot while it was windy was dangerous. Many of them did not swim well or even know how to snorkel and they were pulling on the guide and flipped his orange ring with the flag over. We were told we couldn’t venture from the guide but being in that group was dangerous and the guide was stuck in one spot due to the people who weren’t strong. The second spot wasn’t as advertised as we stopped further out from the sandy area so we only saw about 5 starfish and again people were hanging on the guide. We chose not to get out at the third spot. We then went to lunch which was advertised as a Buffet but it was not a buffet they were serving plates and it was very unorganized some people were already done eating but the table next us hadn’t even gotten drinks yet. We actually left without finishing the meal because it was not good. I think the day would have been fine if they charged less and advertised better. The best part of the day was the staff they were great and extremely helpful and Ricardo made sure to translate important information to us which we appreciated.

Great trip with Alex and his crew! They did a fantastic job of making sure we had a good time even when the weather got a little wild.
The crew of this boat was very welcoming, they were very organized and answered all of our questions. they were checking up on us all the time, making sure we had everything we need! they explained everything in great detail and were very nice and welcoming! great experience at isla mujeres!

False advertisement. The trip says that after the catamaran we will have entrance at the mia beach club. I was informed that the Mia beach club package has not been offered in four months. It was also never mentioned that kids under 8 years are not allowed to snorkel. I went with my 7 yo daughter and she and my wife couldn’t enjoy most of the trip. I called the agent and I was assured that my daughter was going to be able to snorkel when I was asking to change my trip. I would absolutely never book with this agent ever again.
The snorkeling was Amazing The Water was beautiful. Would have liked for it to limited amount of people on 1 tour, snorkeling became a little crowded. With the addition of other tours doing similar activities, you couldn't help but swim into someone. The catamaran was simple. Soda and water with a few alcoholic drinks later. My ticket said time at the Beach Club, however that never happened and we were encouraged to walk around downtown cozumel or given the departure times for the ferry get ready for the trip back. The ferry ride offered indoor with a/c and outdoor seating
This was a super fun trip - the crew is extremely attentive - Alvin is an awesome guide! Snorkeling was definitely worth it and I 100% recommend it for anyone - couples, families, friends!

Lousy buffet the beach club we were told wasn't, the pizza of days, as included the slide and they charged you part of the beach where we ate super ugly. I don't recommend it at all. Photos of the trip at $2500
Buenas tardes, agradecemos sus comentarios los cuales enviaremos su descripción del club a la gerencia del lugar para que sigan mejorando en el servicio y los alimentos que ofrecen, en nuestra llegada al club de playa aparte de pizza incluye pollo, pescado, puerco, barra de ensalada, barra de complementos, postres, barra libre de bebidas (micheladas, cocteles, bebidas sin alcohol, etc.. ) si no menciona lo demás en el buffet esperamos que sea porque esos alimentos si le agradaron al igual que la barra libre. El club de playa cuenta con un parque acuático lleno de toboganes que si gustan pueden contratar este servicio extra, como también hay carritos de golf, tiendas, artesanías, etc… estos servicios al igual que en cualquier parque tienen costos adicionales, son una opción para nuestros clientes poder tener estos servicios a la mano si los quieren contratar. Sobre los paquetes de fotos entendemos que contrato el paquete más completo con todas las fotos impresas y digitales, hay otros paquetes más económicos de 1 o 2 fotos con precios que rondan desde los 10-20 usd y depende lo que el cliente quiera comprar es lo que se le ofrece.
