I would highly recommend this tour! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and every place we visited was a 10/10. The itinerary was well planned, and it was easy to transition between each mode of transport. Our guide was wonderful and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A couple of areas for improvement: at the beginning of the tour, one of the guides mistakenly told us to wait for a different bus, which caused a bit of confusion. Also, we felt the final stop in Switzerland could have been a little longer, especially since we arrived back in Milan about an hour earlier than originally expected. Having that extra time at the last stop would have made an already fantastic day even better.
Guillermo was a wonderful guide. The whole day was fantastic. Plenty of free time to explore each town.
Stunning scenery, cozy towns, restaurants and views.
Wow. !!! So wonderful. Definitely a place to visit and a tour you shouldn’t miss it is worth the time and the money you spend our guide tour was from Como and she was very attentive and helpful we loved the trip and enjoyed every town .
Our tour guide was not informative about our destinations. She knew very little and when we got to our locations she just said come back at a specific time and said bye. That made it very bland to us. Locations were great, but the tour guide wasn’t. Plus she kept on saying ok after everything she said.
I irrived and they asked me for my passport, they didn’t explain at any moment you need it, neither send a message or reminder so they only give us the option to return by our self’s
Enjoyed all the towns, good timing , very happy
An excellent trip to Lake Como, Bellagio and Lugano. The tour was well coordinated, and our guide Mike managed time very well with helpful commentary. We also had good own time at each stop. A well‑run and enjoyable tour.
We had a great experience on this excursion. It was very nice, educational, and well organized. The guide shared a lot of interesting information, which made the tour both enjoyable and informative. The AC was also on point, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. Overall, a really pleasant excursion and definitely worth it!
Francesco the bus driver from Ciao Florence company is the worst, he’s rude, he doesn’t want to help you with information, he tells you to go with the “manager” when you don’t even know who is the manager. If your driver is Francesco, please go to the other bus.
