The guide Ornella and the driver Salvatore were superb and kept us informed all along the way. The scenery was fantastic. Will definitely do it again!
A once in a lifetime experience, visited wonderful places! Great memories with family, guide Mrs Ornela and driver Mr Salvatore were excellent thank you very much!
Bring a good cell phone and a back up battery. Fabulous scenery. HOWEVER their tour guide(s) need to do a MUCH BETTER job of explaining where to meet back. 2 people were left behind. Just make sure the instructions are clear. The guide that day did a poor job of explaining it. The actual tour was magnificent.
A real highlight of the holiday! Our guide Didi was beyond knowledge and friendly and made the day wholly enjoyable. The trip felt well paced and every point of interest was highlighted and explained. No issues whatsoever and would recommend this 10/10 trip to anyone considering!
Unforgettable travel experience, breathtaking panoramic views. Great travel guide - Didi is very knowledgeable and a wonderful guide
Experience was amazing! Our guide, Katia, was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I was very nervous about getting nauseous on the drive through the Maloja Pass, and she was so thoughtful—she let me know when we were approaching it and checked in on me, which really helped put me at ease. In the end, it wasn’t nearly as bad as I had imagined! Sitting front row helped me a lot to visualize the road and turns. Our driver, Paulo, was excellent and made the journey feel very smooth. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, the Bernina train ride was unforgettable, and the town was charming with amazing food. It was such a nice change of pace from Milan, and we really enjoyed experiencing a completely different side of the region. I would definitely recommend this tour!
Katia provided a well-organized and informative tour. Great full-day experience overall. I highly recommend her!
pretty good went over beautiful views and panoramas
It is a nice experience to see the views from the train that’s about it. The stop in St. Moritz is honestly nothing special. The restaurants there are very uninviting and not hospitality friendly. There are also very few if any souvenir shops to visit. Besides that be ready for a long day as it’s an early morning departure with a late arrival depending on traffic. Overall, I think it should be priced much less as it’s not that much of what I expected it to be for the cost. The tour guide (Katya) was nice but she could have used some more enthusiasm/engaging hospitality.
