Non-Airport pick up: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Please call/message the hotline if you can’t locate your driver (WhatsApp).

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight's arrival.
- Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.
- You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.

Staff are very friendly and informative. We arrived in Ho Chi Minh at 1610, as we approached Passport Control there was a major system outage. This has caused major delays for over 1000 people. Our pick up was for 1700, we did not exit the airport till 1915. I contacted the provider and they stated that they would wait for us. Instructions on meeting was given clearly prior to arrival at the Airport. As we exited we went to allocated meeting area, company representative was there waiting for us with our name displayed on a board. Within 5 minutes we were in a car to our hotel. Generally a very pleasant experience.
Basically, they just book a Grab for you and charge more. We used Grab ourselves on the way back to the Airport and paid a third of the price. Ok if you don’t have the Grab app, but we did and so was a waste of money, as we thought there would be a Taxi waiting for as they state, but there wasn’t and we had to find them outside after which, they do as I mentioned above.

Worked well. You meet at a post outside of the arrivals area. My name was on one of the sheets taped to the column. There are a few people there that you can check in with and they let the driver know you are ready. Due to the crowds, the driver can't wait at the curb. Only took a minute for him to pull up. You are escorted there and the rest is easy. The amazing experience is driving/riding through Saigon traffic.
