Amazing view was lucky with the sunset and not too many people
It was lovely. We scheduled for 2 but it was supposed to rain so they let us go early and it was perfect. The weather was great and not very crowded.
I had NO experience with Viator. On 1 day within a 55 minute time frame, I was charged 7 times for purchases via Viator. I'm 80 years old, not traveling across country and made no travel purchases using Viator. I called immediately and was told only thing that could be done was to report the unauthorized charges. I then cancelled my credit card and another charge was attempted , but denied. I've received no contact or charge adjustments totally $627.01 from Viator. I don't call this good service in any way!
It is fabulous! I took my mom and sisters and they loved it. Do the beam its a perfect memory card! after sit in the Ice rink cafe outdoors and enjoy the evening and the ROK with good vibes when done!! Do the later close to sunset booking!
Great experience. Personable staff. Would do it again. Enjoyed the cafe and shared our snacks with some Scottish fans.

This was a bit scary for me but only because I’m afraid of heights. However, my family loved it and my kids went up on the Beam ride that gave them an extra special view (for an extra $20 each) that was well worth it!
