Good experience.

Good tour for the available time. If you want to see all of Saqqara you would need a longer tour. It was possible to make a change to the itinerary at our request. We only had to pay the difference in ticket price. The guide, Alaa, did a great job. We thought it was lovely.

Great time.

The guide, Mohammed, was very polite and informative. Our driver did a great job. I would let people know that the climb into the Red Pyramid was quite strenuous and not recommended for older customers unless they are quite fit. Also, it is not for the claustrophobic. Interesting but difficult. The towns give a good glimpse into everyday life of regular folks and provide an interesting contrast from the hustle and bustle of Cairo.

Today has been very fulfilling.

He gave me the right explanation for my destination. Time was smooth and we could act without waste. The hotel changed, so the location changed, but they had no problem. The driver was very polite and comfortable.

From Memphis to Memphis

This tour was an amazing walk through history. I am from Memphis, TN, USA, so going to Memphis, Egypt was absolutely surreal. Our tour guide Tonsi Tonsi was absolutely amazing again. He’s very knowledgeable, and patient with the children in our group. He’s our go to person for tours for ourselves and friends.

Saqqara

This is my 3rd tour with Tonsi and as usual we had a great time with him on our half day trip to Saqqara, Memphis, and Dashur. He was so patient with my son, entertaining him, and helping to care for him. Tonsi was fantastic about taking pictures for us, holding our bags, stopping for bathroom breaks, and allowing enough time to eat. Tonsi took us to a carpet making place that was really nice; they gave us a tour of the place, showed us the different methods used to make carpets, allowed us the opportunity to use the loom, and also buy carpets. Tonsi and his driver took COVID precautions. Tonsi is a great tour guide; my friends and I are planning future tours with him.

Dashur, memphis and saqqara with Ahmed Tonsi

Pyramids of Dashur are both grand and an adventurous albeit difficult entry into the tombs inside. Would not recommend for those with bad backs or claustrophobia. Friendly, informative and fun guide, Ahmed Tonsi, who helped us get some of the best family pictures of our entire trip and was always accommodating to our needs

Memphis, Dashur and Saqqara with Ahmed Tonsi

Pyramids of Dashur and Saqqara is a totally different experience, unlike Giza pyramids, in the middle of desert, away from city crowd. Ramesis II at Memphis is also not to be missed. Our English speaking guide, Ahmed Tonsi made this tour even more enjoyable for us with his friendliness, knowledge of history and caring attitude. He is the best guide we got during our whole stay in Cairo.

Best guided tour yet.

This is our third guided tour on a vacation. First two were Chichen Itza and Machu Picchu. This tour with our guide Ahmed Tonsi Tonsi was the best yet. Tonsi is very personable and professional, but most of all knowledgable. I expected to see the sights but was happily surprised with the amount of information offered up by our guide. Any questions about the sites were answered thoroughly. Our tour with Tonsi was very comfortable and friendly.

3rd great tour with Ahmed Tonsi.

Tonsinis the best hands down. Very knowledgeable and professional but friendly at the same time. He treated as a friend not just a client. He said that he would treat me as queen nefertiti and he did lol. He focused on you as a client and did his best to make sure that I was satisfied. Very happy with this tour to Memphis saqqara and dashur. The pyramids here are not as popular as guza which means less crowds. He planned a stop to get some food that I had mentioned a couple days before. He remember and is very thoughtful. He was also able to get me a deal on the papyrus paper and helped me haggle for a souvenir in Memphis. Thanks again Tonsi. You are the best!
