We expected a guide/driver. We got only the driver who would drive us to London and then drop us at one attraction and then pick us up at a different location. He was adamant he was Not a guide. So very disappointed
Dear customer, We appreciate your comments. To be honest, we're not entirely sure what happened with your tour. Our provider has been running this tour without any problems through this entire season, without any problem.. I am not sure what you discuss when you meet...Procedure: From Tilbury to London, he explains the history of the city. Then, passengers visit the most important sites on their pace, and our provider picks them up at a designated point. As you know, part of London can only be walked. However, we'll take note of your comments for future bookings. many Thanks & best regards Pilar Gonzalez Top Private tours
Our tour guide Louize is great. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable and she made sure we got the best views and she took consideration of the fact that there’s someone in our group with mobility issues and made it easier for everyone. We were on time and we were able to see various places and still able to make it back to our ship on time.
