Pickup Locations & Times
Transportation is included for guests staying in Copacabana, Leme, Ipanema, Leblon, and São Conrado. For guests staying in Barra da Tijuca or other areas outside the standard pickup zone, transportation can be arranged for an additional fee. This applies exclusively to the Floresta Classic product. Pickup details and the exact time will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.

Myself and 5 others (3 from Liverpool, 2 from Texas) spent the day with Eduardo and Larissa. We had a great hike through the forest to crest a peak for a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding area. Beyond that, we saw a couple waterfalls, a cave, and a couple monkeys. It was a great time. Eduardo is very knowledgeable and personable. Plus, we had the added benefit of Larissa joining us on her birthday! :-) I misplaced my phone, and Eduardo even helped me recover it. All-in-all, a worthwhile experience plus I probably sweat off like 5 pounds of water weight on the hike! LOL
What an incredible tour! Eduardo and Natalie were excellent guides on a fun and interesting hike. They took us to many incredible view points, pointed out the numerous animals (5 sloths!!! Lots of monkeys!!! Toxic caterpillar!!!) we passed along the way and took outstanding photos and videos of us. We met 2 other couples on the tour and thoroughly enjoyed our time together. They were very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the area and we learned so much! The hike itself was perfect ( not too long or strenuous) and we got to see waterfalls, majestic views, and a cave. We highly recommend this tour!
It was a great tour and Larissa was a great help with trying to find a space on the tour and to arrange pick-up at a suitable location.

Very happy with our trip. Jalmir, our guide, was brilliant. Excellent English and very considerate and knowledgeable. Jalmir also went out of his way with pickup and drop off, as we were not staying at one of the designated hotels. When booking, be careful you understand which currency they are quoting and allow time to resolve any variation, like pickup location and whether there is an additional fee for this - TripAdvisor were not very good at confirming this detail before booking. This tour was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The hotel pickup was seamless, and communication throughout the entire experience was easy and stress-free. What truly made this tour unforgettable was having Eduardo as our guide. His knowledge of the forest was nothing short of amazing and his insights and stories made the experience so much more meaningful. You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about what he does, and that energy made the tour even more special. Eduardo went above and beyond to ensure everyone had an amazing time, always making sure we were comfortable, engaged, and getting the most out of the experience. We learned so much and left with a much deeper appreciation for the forest and its wildlife. We had an incredible experience at the Tijucan forest with Eduardo and Larissa. They were prompt with picking us up from our hotel and dropped us off which was hassle free. They were both super friendly, really accommodating and provided us with some amazing photo opportunities capturing our memories! The view points they took us too where breath taking ! I would highly recommend this tour to other and would say it's must when in Rio! We got to see the city from some amazing view points that as tourist alone would have never navigated.
