Our trip starts from Athens. On this amazing full day tour you will see the most beautiful sights and scenery. On our way I will give you a lot of information about history, mythology and culture. We will enjoy a visit to Delphi, novel of the world and the religious sites of Meteora. Also, we will pass by Thermopylae, where the 300 Spartans fought and the breathtaking Arachova. I can adjust the schedule, duration and activities to meet your needs. Please let me know of any special requests you have.

Itinerary
Our trip will start from Athens and then we will drive to Thermopylae, where we will visit Thermopylae's Innovative Centre of Historical Information and we will see the Statue of Leonidas.
Afterwards we will drive to the breathtaking Meteora, where we will visit a lot of monasteries, built on top of 1000 foot rocks, such as the Holy Monastery of Varlaam, Rousanou and the Holy Trinity. Then we will take a break for a coffee at Kalabaka. Driving through the beautiful stone villages of Arachova where we'll be able to stop so that you can take photos and buy souvenirs.
After a wonderful scenic drive through mountains and fertile valleys we reach Delphi, located under the 3000ft tall mountain Parnassos. There we will visit the Archaeological museum of Delphi, we will see the Archaeological site of Delphi and the site of the temple of Apollo.
Distomo a dramatic village in 1944 350 people lost their lifes,it was a Nazi war crime perpetrated by members of the Waffen-SS in the village of Distomo, Greece, in 1944, during the German occupation of Greece during World War II.
In this extra local area...!!! In the end of the tour all the travellers will enjoy in a very beutifull greek TAVERNA greek food as grill meat,fish,salads,deserts,wine,beer,soft dinks. All this food is payed from our copmany,all inclusive meal in the end for all.

For 1-4 passengers the tour will be provided with a Mercedes Benz Eclass. For 5-8 travellers the tour will be provided with a Mercedes Benz Minivan.For 9-20 passengers the tour will be provided with a Mercedes Benz Sprinter. We can pick up customers from where ever they want inside in the region of Athens,Airbnb,hotels,metro stations,bus stations,apartments.We just need after the booking a short communication to agree the pickup point. b) The pick up point can be Also from the Cruise Terminal or the Ath Int Airport.Please provide to us as soon as possible details like Name of the ship / airline , arrival time and number of flight.Please also provide us any other details you need about your pick up. c) If there is a Strike in The city Center or a special event that effects the tour,the tour may change start time or ITINERARY under the instructions of the operator and the agreement of the customer d) Please provide as much as possible contact details to the operator even after the booking e) Please mention to the operator if there are Health restrictions f) If the booking will start from Ath Int Airport the time of the tour start to count from the pickup of the customer,so do not stress your self in cases of Delay of flights g) If the tour is combined with a transfer the Maximum Luggage ( american size 32kl) can be no more than 3 and the start time of the tour starts at the time of the first pickup eg :( There is a customer that buys a tour starting from Cruise terminal but first he/she wants to be transferred to his Hotel to do the check in and then to start the tour. ) if the customer wants extra services than the ones that paid for,the operator will charge him extra and the payment will be done to the driver in cash or credit card.pick up from wherever they want inside the region of Athens.

Such a memorable tour! In one hand, Delphi, the best preserved archaelogical site in the whole country and in the other hand, Meteora, such a unique place with the monasteries on top of these rocks! Marselo handled everything with great calmness even though he did a lot of driving today.
As retirees, we do not typically rise to the starter's blast of an alarm. And yet we accepted the lure of visiting Meteora and Delphi in a day. We were off at 6 am when Sebastian invited us to take a seat for adventure. It is quite the bite to race from Athens to Vralaam monastery but Sebastian was up for the task. He was capable enough to point out the changes in scenery, the current crops, the difference in topography, and fill us in on the religious history that lead to this region's attraction for the monks. After a leisurely visit thru the incredibly beautiful grounds, precious art, informative museum, and functional areas of monastic life we cruised the scenic outlooks to see the other monasteries that look down from the cliffs. The whole area is geologically fascinating and the mind boggling structures are crafted onto the cliff edges as if nature anticipated their construction. The obligatory pit stop for a gyro, and fries got us back on course and headed toward Thermopylae. This pass around the backside brought perspective to the Greco-Persian wars. The monuments recalled Thespis, the fall of Leonidas, the third and final stage of the battle here where the Persian archers rained arrows down on the remaining warriors. Sebastian's narration kept pace with our journey and was about to reach it's final lap as Delphi came into view. An excellent example for the preservation of antiquities. The museum gave us a solid background for our walk thru the archeological site. This walk through historic treasure gives scale to the history and civic accomplishments of the time. We hit the finish line with dinner of greek salad, dolmes, tzaziki with bread, pastitsio, gemista, and red wine. After a 13 1/2 hour trip Sebastian returned us in a more educated and happily entertained condition. We had a blast!
Marcelo was a great driver and tour guide. He was very accommodating with how we wanted to change the itinerary. The day was tiring but we’d recommend this tour!
From the moment our trip started, Nikos was an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgeable and gave us tricks and tips to make the most of our day! First suggestion was to make it earlier in the day and so glad we changed it, it was very hot later on! He was an expert driver and navigated the city well! He also knew a LOT of history that was very interesting. He let us adjust parts of the tour we were interested in. The lunch place was delicious. Tzatziki sauce was amazing! We saw so much of Athens that we never would have been able to see without him! Highly, highly recommend it!
This was a great way to see some of Northern Greece! Our driver, Christos, picked my wife and I up directly at six in a Mercedes for a private tour. We were able to stop for coffee and snacks on our way to see the monasteries. We stopped at many different points for pictures and arrived at the monasteries before large crowds came in on the bus tours. I really enjoyed seeing the battle site between the Spartans and the Persians. Delphi was also beautiful. It had a museum and an archaeological site and was not overrun with tourists. It made exploring the archaeological site more enjoyable. Our driver was there to wait on us the whole time. He was very knowledgeable and gave us history of all the areas we visited. Afterwards, Christos brought us to have dinner and drinks before being returned to our front door. if you take this tour you will be entertained the entire time. I highly recommend Christos as a tour guide.
