I was disappointed. Unlike other viator adventures, this was not a good value. We found staff at Shard not well trained in service.
We visited the experience not the cruise It was really easy to find the entrance and was well organised in terms of getting us to the top The staff were really friendly. We ordered a couple of glasses of champagne and enjoyed the view which was lovely. The weather wasn’t great so the view was at times distorted but we were delighted to be given tickets to re visit anytime before the end of December , these were given to us by a lovely young lady as we got into the lift on the way out. Amazing views of London. Worth a visit.
It is for those couples seeking adventure that combines rich architectural marvels and a wonderful authentic British feel without overwhelming crowds.
This combo was such a cool experience. The city looked amazing from up there and also while floating. It was easygoing, scenic, and just a fun way to enjoy the city.
Service was excellent and I really appreciated how it wasn't so overcrowded you struggled to see the view. Pro tip: use the loo and check out your personal view!
Both were fine for a one off thing to do as a tourist. And the views really are stunning. But try and time your visit well. It’ll make all the difference. And bring your wallet if you want the extras and keepsakes.
