For the amount of money i expected clean, newer sling shots. The ones we used were dirty, you could smell the heat from the motor. The person that we were instructed to follow, told us to not keep much space between us but dude kept running lights as if there werent two of us behind him. I also cash app’d him $20 in case i wanted to drive(my husband drove) but i decided not to and when i asked for it to be refunded he says “oh there’s no refund cause i have to pay insurance” as if i dont know that you only pay insurance for the vehicle and driver…but from the looks of the place he needed those $20, also for the cost…the helmets are not included that’s a extra $10 If you are looking for slingshots i found better ones on the strip to rent and there’s no guide you can rent it for a few hours or all day for a great price. The pawn shop was not even worth going into. Other than these things the view was beautiful and the food was delicious.
Thank you for the honest feedback, and we are genuinely glad the views and food made the trip worthwhile. A few things we want to clarify: our slingshots are cleaned between every tour, but the heat and motor smell are just part of how these vehicles run — there is no way around that. On the lights, our guide is trained to pull over and wait on the side of the road if a light changes before guests can follow. He would never leave you behind. The $20 was a separate, optional arrangement for the chance to drive and was not processed through our company. We wish that conversation had gone better. Helmets are required for all riders and the $10 fee is clearly disclosed in the tour listing before booking — that information is available to all guests prior to arriving. Mr. Zion was an absolute delight of a host for this excursion!! He was promptly on time and was very kind! His personality and passion to ensure that you had a great time was paramount! Mr. Zion shared detailed stories about the places we visited and even provided frozen bottles of water to keep us hydrated through the tour! This man has an excellent spirit and all would take an opportunity to experience this for your next Vegas trip. We rode in the Slingshot, and it was amazing!! The next time you're in Vegas, look this up to add to your vacation portfolio....you will definitely enjy it, and Mr. Zion!!

Not as advertised. Poor tour guide. Didn’t experience what was advertised. Would avoid this trip and do anything else. When we contacted the operator to let them know about our poor experience, they were not bothered.
Unfortunately, as much as we try, we can’t please everyone. We actually gave you more than advertised, with an extra hour and a free upgrade to a slingshot instead of the trike you paid for. After all that you wanted a refund, which we denied because you had received more than you paid for.

Bit chaotic on arrival, you also have to follow a lead car during the experience that is challenging at times in traffic. Slingshots are great fun to drive. Make sure you have the uber app as no taxis close by after the tour finishes.
On arrival everyone is signing waivers and getting their helmets, so it’s a busy start. We can’t control traffic but we navigate through it safely. I agree that the slingshots are great fun. Thank you for being our guest.
