- Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions. Backpacks must remain on the vehicle while explore Grand Canyon West.

- For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus.
- For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
- A minimum of 4 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.
- As the buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.
- Reminder: During F1 period in November, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas/Bellagio Hotel & Casino/Horseshoe Las Vegas, these sites will be cancelled. Please choose an alternative site when booking.

Great trip. Both jack and Charles were great. Charles very knowledgeable about Grand Canyon and Hoover dam. Took time to take our pics and tell us best places to get pics.
Grand Canyon/Hoover Dam tour was fantastic. Priced just right to enjoy everything! Our guide, Charles was amazing with his humor and supreme knowledge of the ins and outs of everything Nevada. Jack, our driver, held down the fort and got us there and back safely and timely! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10/10
Fred is a great tour guide. He is super friendly and is very knowledgeable with history. He made the tour safe and lots of fun.
Charles doing an amazing job making jokes while on the bus while keeping people safe while at the grand canyon of his own accord, jack doing a good job making sure we get there safely and offering plenty of bottles of water to everyone making sure we stay hydrated.
Tour guide (Charles) was awesome Made trip fun and exciting Explained everything very well would definitely travel with him again As for the bus I think it needs some work kinda out dated Also there was no pocket on seats to store small items like phone and water bottles There was also no way to charge phones on bus
My guide Charles was absolutely lovely, very informative of local history, had brilliantly terrible jokes and was an all around delightful person, jack our driver was also lovely all though quiet which wasn’t an issue he was always helpful and provided plenty water when needed, no complaints at all, a brilliant trip with brilliant people.
Was absolutely amazing, visiting the Grand Canyon West. We came with a family of three and enjoyed every minute of the tour. Charles was not only very knowledgeable tour-guide but also fun person and helpful. He was attentive to Dictionary party on the bus, paying personal attention to everyone. His stories were informative, sometimes funny and very practical. At the Eagleview and the Guano point he was very helpful taking photographs. Our driver Jack was very professional and extremely careful. Two thumbs up for both of them.

I had an amazing time traveling with Jack as our driver and Charles as our guide! I learned so many new things from Charles and felt super safe riding with Jack! I was pleasantly surprised by complimentary cold water bottles and granola bars! Charles was great at giving us a heads up about cool photo spots and getting us where we needed to be on time with minimal time standing in line! We had an amazing time!
