There are long lines and rooms that they will put you in , the line alone is 2 to 3 hrs to go up. It’s a horrible experience and by the time you go up you will see another line which you wonder what it is for and then you realize that it’s the line to go back down which is another 2 hrs wait. Do not waste your money
Thank you for valuable feedback but this is from Dec 1 to 10 Jan this is the peak season of Dubai, You can find this crowd every where in dubai during this Tanura
Very nice experience. The sunset is not very visible with the permanent fog however the Palm lights up it is very pretty. I had not received the tickets by the claimant and there I just made a reservation for another experience and no tickets. How do you do that?

The history of the Palm construction and the actual view were both amazing. A big shout out to the lady in the ticket booth for chasing up our tickets with Go Holidays, as they hadn’t been sent prior to our 0930 time slot. A stressful moment which could’ve been avoided.

Excellent morning... we did the 10am entry and no crowd. Different story when we came down. Very well organised and the video about the design and construction was very interesting. We'll worth the visit.

The view was amazing! What I didn’t like was the way they managed my booking cuz I booked for 4pm but changed to 6pm .

Very cold at night on top! Windy! Very packed, very long line to exit to elevator! Pretty views but dark at night with the 6pm tour, packed, and palm entire view not visible. Would recommend maybe on less busy day and day time!

The view were so amazing, can't explain it in words its life time memorable experience love the view and there all history about it was daam so cool.
It's was great experience. I got my tickets on time and the view from there is worth less. I went for normal time but I suggest to go in sunset time. Highly recommended
Poor service, I was unexpectedly stuck in a traffic jam and asked for a ticket an hour or two later. Unfortunately the Viator team couldn't help me. The provider did not give any feedback, so I paid for nothing and was not on the Palm View but the Burj Al Arab Ticket was great
