I booked the Hamburg Pub Crawl for a group of friends while on holiday. A few hours before the event, I was told the host was sick and asked to move the booking to the next day. I was instructed to cancel my original booking and was assured I would receive a full refund. After rebooking, I was then told I should not have made a new booking, was asked to cancel that one as well, and pay cash on the day instead. Again, I was explicitly promised that both cancelled bookings would be fully refunded. Looking back, it was probably naive of me to go along with all of this, but I was on holiday and didn't want to spend my time arguing about bookings and refunds. I just wanted to enjoy my trip and trusted the repeated assurances that everything would be sorted out. The pub crawl itself was fine, nothing special, however, the host did arrive late. More than three months later, I am still waiting for my refunds (€231.74 in total). Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received conflicting information—first being told both refunds had been processed, then later being told only one had been issued. At this point, I seriously question the company's professionalism and whether customers can trust their refund process. I would not recommend booking with this company unless you are prepared to risk significant issues when trying to obtain a refund.

Edwin did great ! Very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, Thursday was nice and chill which is actually nicer to ask more questions and take your time.

Edwin is the best knowing the area, the people, the history and the places to go. Despite there only being a few of us he made it feel like a party of 1,000. I would recommend Edwin’s Reeperbahn tour for everyone…

Great tour. We discover many good bars with a good team. That was the best way to discover the city. I advice to do it.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Yesterday, my boyfriend and I booked this tour because it was my first time visiting Hamburg. He’s a local, and we thought it would be a fun night activity and a great way to experience the city together. We made a whole day out of it, visiting a couple other bars beforehand, and by the time it was time for the tour, we headed to the hostel where the instructions told us to meet. We actually arrived early and ended up waiting for over an hour. At 8:55, we went down to the lobby expecting to see a guide and a group… nothing. We spoke with the front desk, and they told us the guide normally only does a pub crawl there, not this tour, which immediately made us worried. We tried contacting them—nothing. We called every phone number listed on the website—nothing. At that point, I was honestly extremely disappointed. We had gone completely out of our way to get to this area, which honestly didn’t feel like the safest area either, just to basically get scammed and never even go on the tour. Thankfully, my boyfriend and I were still able to make the best of the night on our own, but this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After reading all the other reviews, I really thought this was going to be an actual organized tour… it absolutely was not. Save your money and your time— DO NOT BOOK!!!

We were not very satisfied with the tour. If I read the other comments, it might be a rarity, and we just had bad luck. - Had to leave almost 45 minutes later than agreed because other people were late - Seen three bars, instead of five (which was advertised) - Little heard of the guide on the history of the Reeperbahn, no real intorduction, etc. - Value for money was in order - Guide was nice
