The experience was great ,the pilot was detailed, told us about the areas around the ride, he was really nice ,the whole crew was nice ,from the moment we got there to the moment we left.
Wow!! We will never forget our helicopter fight over Manhattan. Not cheap but worth every cent. Highly recommended as a once in a lifetime experience. The operator was organised, communicated well & made us feel very safe.
Beautiful views, great experience and well arranged. Even with less nice weather top!
Good communication , perfect flight lots of memories
A very fun experience. A must to do on your bucket list.
I don't regret taking this tour; the guide was really nice guy. I had fun and end the staff is very good
The tour was better than we expected. We had an amazing time seeing the great city from up above.
The staff at the reception was very unfriendly. Since we booked through Viator before 03/02/26, we had to pay an additional fee of $40 per person. However, we were not explained what this was for (even after asking twice). The only explanation was that anyone who booked with Viator or Trip Advisor has to pay this fee. The flight tour was great, though. The pilot was very nice and also shared many facts about the city and what we were currently seeing. Therefore, we can recommend the flight tour even though it is rather expensive.
It is an experience to live that will leave an unforgettable memory; one cannot miss seeing New York from the air.
The flight itself was fantastic. Unfortunately, our booking was moved from 10 to 10:30, and ultimately we did not fly until 11. For that, we received the digital images worth $40 for free.
