The Life & Legacy of Queen Elizabeth II-A Royal Private Tour

Description
Discover the fascinating life of our longest reigning monarch with this special commemorative walking tour. Saunter with us to the heart of Westminster, our royal borough, to hear the stories of her record-setting reign. Queen Elizabeth II's lifetime was one of great change, within her family, the royal institution, the country and the world itself. But as Her Majesty said herself, “Change is a constant… the way we embrace it defines our future.” And how she embraced it. Meeting near her birthplace in Mayfair, saunter with an expert guide and passionate storyteller on a private walking tour. From her life at Buckingham Palace to her wedding, coronation and funeral at Westminster Abbey via the Horseguards Parade and Downing Street, you’ll get to know the woman behind the crown and the family behind the institution on this unique tribute to one of the most iconic monarchs in Britain’s 1000 year line of Kings and Queens. This is not history, it’s herstory.

The Tour guide was fantastic went to Buckingham place got to see King Charles and Queen Camilla. Seen West Minter Abbey and the tower of Big Ben and the reefs laid in remembrance of the dead ! Highly recommended.
Wow, seeing the current King on a walking tour about his mother's life is pretty cool (and can we say, very lucky!). We are so happy to hear you had such a wonderful time. Thanks for choosing to saunter with US.
Maybe it was because of the weather, but we were the only ones on the tour. What luck! We had our tour guide, Nathan, to ourselves and he was outstanding! So knowledgeable and so patient with all of our questions and topics to discuss. We just loved it!
Ahhh, yes, sometimes when you brave the unreliable British weather, good things happen. So glad that thing happened to be a private tour for you with the only and only Nathan. Happy to hear you enjoyed it so much - thanks for choosing to saunter with US.
Jeremy was an incredible host. We learned so much and shared laughs along the way. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with our family.
Learning and laughing, the Jeremy way - so thrilled to hear you had a great time with him delving into the legacy and herstory of our dear queen. Thanks for choosing to saunter with US.
Nice walk through the streets of London. We had the pleasure of discovering an enthusiast who took us to the knowledge, history, anecdotes and visuals of a beautiful city. We thank our guide and her wealth of knowledge and the time spent while accompanied by a visually impaired friend. The tour is in English but its pronunciation is adapted.
Merci beaucoup for leaving this fantastic review. So happy to hear that not only you enjoyed your experience so much, but that your guide adapted the experience to be enjoyable for everyone. Thanks for choosing to saunter with US.
Had booked me this tour, now on my solo trip in London. When I arrived at the meeting place, I found out that the others who were going with had cancelled. But what did it do? I got a great guided tour anyway. The guide Nathan was talented, knowledgeable, interested, funny and just so incredibly good. Even though it was just me, he was really professional and told me about everything between heaven and earth. Felt like an incredible luxury and the price is worth every penny.
What a fantastic review! Nathan is really rather great, isn’t he? So happy to hear that you felt it was worth the money and that you got such a memorable experience out of it - that’s all we wish for. Thanks ever so much for choosing to saunter with US.
It was one of the best tours I ever took! Our guide was fantastic and I learned so much about Queen Elizabeth II, Royal Family, Westminster area and London. I could listen to our guide and his stories for hours. Highly recommended!
Ah, thanks ever so much for leaving this lovely review. We tried to create an itinerary that really celebrate and spotlighted the real life of Her Majesty, Elizabeth, beyond just the stuff we all saw on the TV or in the papers (her story, instead of history, maybe) so we can’t tell you how happy we are that you enjoyed it so much. Thank you for choosing to spend your precious vacation time on a saunter with US.

Marnie was a great tour guide. She was super pleasant and really knowledgeable. It ended up just being my husband and I on the tour and she did a great job of giving tons of history information and extra little gems. It was a the perfect amount of time for the tour and it was a beautiful day for the walking. This was a great way to get to see the city for our first trip. I highly recommend doing this tour as it was such a treat and I can’t recommend Marnie enough! Do yourself a favor and book this!!
