Our tour is not your typical food tour of Copenhagen. Because of our 12 years of operations in Copenhagen and our amazing collaborations with local restaurants, cafes and business owners we are able to provide a unique and special food tour that showcases local favorites. Some spots are homey and hygge while other spots provide an elevated food experience. All the stops on our route provide a delicious experience in Copenhagen for a great price! The quality of the food you will taste is gourmet quality but at an amazing price provided to our guests by our partners.

Itinerary
The first stop on our foodie tour is Vesterport Station which is very accessible by foot, bike or public transport
We will pass town hall square on the way to our first food stop
We will have a quick bite to eat near Nytorv/Gammeltorv
We will visit one of the best Smørrebrød restaurants in Copenhagen located near Strædet
The cutest courtyard in town will lead us to our beer stop
We will take a stroll down the picturesque area of Nyhavn
We will pass Broens Gadekøkken on the way to the Opera Park
Our final stop is near the Copenhagen Opera in the most beautiful park

Rikki was super knowledgeable and personable. We so enjoyed our introduction to Copenhagen through Rikki's expertise. Her English is perfect. The variety of "insider" stops was excellent and places we would never have visited on our own. Rikki has a connection with all of the owners or managers of the places where we stopped. The mutual respect and affection was readily apparent.

Once in a lifetime experience 5 stars AAA+++ Run, don’t walk to have Rikke personally escort you around her home town of Copenhagen. She is well known by all the local vendors and we were welcomed with open arms to restaurants and tastings all over the city. There was an attention to detail that is normally not seen in over a dozen other food tours we’ve taken in many major cities. Along the way, the path we took showed us areas of the city that tourists would never see. The planning and itinerary that went into this tour was next level. Not to mention that Rikke is the nicest person you’d ever want to meet. We were accompanied by a blind person and we all quickly became friends.

Wonderful experience. Rikki did a fabulous job. Food was amazing and loved all the stories. Small group worked great.
It was a great way to experience local cuisine and see some sites by walking. Rikke was a great guide and host. All the different food were delicious, coffee, smorrebrod, pasteies, fish cake and Raspberry sorbet

Really great day spent with Rikke on The Foodie Tour. She is a lovely interesting person and a terrific food guide. The tour is really varied,a lot of fun,and great value for money. Coffee,pastries,delicious Danish open sandwiches,beer,schnapps honey tasting,fish cakes and scrumptious dessert- what’s not to like?? Rikke knows all there is to know about Copenhagen and we learned a lot about this beautiful city from her. If you are in Copenhagen do this tour. You will not regret it !!
Laura was great, very chill and easy to be with. She had a lovely rapport with everyone at each location. We explored great examples of all sorts of local treats and got a decent bit easy walk in too! The final stop was stunning and a real treat.
We landed early that day and began our tour with Rikke. We were a party of 6 along with another group. We LOVED this tour!!! We walked the most interesting areas and tried great food and drinks at every location. We later went back and visited a place she introduced us too and while food was at the heart of it, we really felt like we learned about Copenhagen and the lovely people we met made us want to come back. The Foodie Tour was more than we could have imagined. We take a food tour in each city we travel to in recent years. so we have taken around 15 or so tours. Our tour with Laura tops the list! It was very well organized and executed. We felt like it captured a real feel for the local food and restaurants, provided so much history about the city as we walked from place to place, and introduced us to local shops and restaurants we would not have normally stumbled upon. I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you Laura for spending the afternoon with us! It was so much fun. Also, shout out to Ken for his generosity with his time, fun stories and samples!
