Very kind tour guide, making suggestions and recommendations, but also following our needs and request to find and search what we were looking for. In general, I can say and extraordinary service. I honestly suggest and recommend to try this it was excellent
Our driver, William was top notch. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He knew the city intimately and was able to make the most of the time we had…. No sitting in traffic!
Did this tour with my wife. Our tour guide, Dave, made the day! His humor and knowledge made it the most enjoyable excursion we have ever done. A great way to see the sights with a great tour guide!!
We have been lucky to do full day tours in many European cities. This was by far our favorite. Dave was communicative, punctual, knowledgeable and most importantly, so fun! We learned so much about the history, and sites while Dave told vivid and deeply interesting stories about the city. There wasn’t a single question he didn’t know the answer to, and the backstory, side story, and folk lore. What a special way to spend our 5 year wedding anniversary! Thank you Dave for an incredible day and experience. You better call when you’re in New York!
We had the best time touring London with Ryan as our driver! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day so easy and enjoyable. From navigating the city smoothly to sharing great local insight and recommendations, he truly made our trip extra special. We never felt rushed and loved getting to see so much of London comfortably. Highly recommend Ryan to anyone wanting a wonderful London experience!
Steve was FANTASTIC! He was incredibly knowledgeable, perceptive, friendly, entertaining, energetic and flexible. I would DEFINITELY use Steve again and highly recommend him.
Tony was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, flexible and fun to be around. We learned so much about the London area and its history. I would highly recommend Tony and his Black Cab tour.
Dave was an unreal guide and our experience of the city would not be the same without him. He taught us so much of the history of the city with all of its complexities and it really made us appreciate the city even more. Incredible time and totally worth it.
Mannie was our driver and we couldn't ask for much more! Mannie had the heart of a saint as he worked with us and our disabled in-laws on every leg. He was patient (helped load and unload a motorized scooter at every stop), very informative, and safely stopped at all of the right sites that we hoped to see in London. We not only recommend this company, but highly recommend Mannie! Thank you!
Our tour with Tracey back in early November was beyond exceptional! We were in England & Scotland for two weeks and her tour was easily one of the top highlights of the entire two weeks! Tracey was prompt, extremely knowledgeable of the London area, took great photos of us at all the top locations, super friendly & kind, and took such good care of us the whole day. We had a wide variety of interests across all of London, and she made sure we saw even more than we ever hoped we’d see. If you have a limited amount of time in London, this tour is a must-do. There’s no way any amount of planning would have allowed us to see as much as we saw in a single day. We felt like total VIPs in our cab, and were able to adjust the day as we went. We learned so much about the area and Tracey was an expert on where to park, how best to get to every location, recommendations for our next few days, and took us to some hidden gems we wouldn’t have known about without her. Later in the week, our family was lucky enough to have her as a guide on a 4-hour tour, and even with the limited amount of time, they were able to see and do so much. And Tracey was able to adjust to their mobility issues and make it so fun for them as well! One would think 8 hours is a long time to be with one guide, but we were so sad to see it end! There are simply not enough words to describe how wonderful our time with Tracey was, but the next time we return to London, I’d love to request her again and see more hidden gems of London with her. If you get Tracey as your guide, you’re in for a really amazing day! Tracey went above and beyond and I truly hope our paths cross again in the future! - Your friends from the US, Kelly & Greg
