Great experience, came in for the chocolate and walked out with a ton of knowledge on how chocolate is made. Plus I got to make my own personal chocolate bar. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s a chocolate enthusiast. Also Nía the best host/teacher, her enthusiasm made the class, fun and entertaining.
As a chocoholic, this was a must-do for me, and Mackenzie was kind enough to give me an allergen sheetlet, and offer me alternatives. The chocolate making experience was a lot of fun. Mackenzie kept us well informed and well entertained, and has a lot of laughs up his sleeves!
Our guide Dixie Honey Alabama was great! Thank you for a lovely and informative evening on the making of chocolate and we got to take souvenirs home with us!
Had a great time learning about chocolate, tasting chocolate, and making my own chocolate bar. Makenzie was fun and entertaining for the group.
We did the Wine and chocolate pairing and really enjoyed it. It was Sarah's first tour and you would never have thought it. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and we would totally recommend this.
Nia was excellent. Very informative, funny and interesting tour.
Like everwhere in Scotland, a warm and sincere welcome. We were 30 minutes late, but the young man who met us welcomed us with a warm 'no problem', and we preceeded to catch up with the tour. Dixie was an amazing guide, coming to us and introducing herself, making us feel like we were the only ones there! It is a small group at a time (perhaps a dozen or so) as it is a small space but so much packed into it and the 90 minute 'show'. If you thought you knew chocolate, as I do, you will still learn things you never knew... They take you from plant to processed, and give you the opportunity to create your own, while giving a history and tasting experience you could never get in a store or supermarket. Chili and chocolate, yes! White chocolate with Ghost Pepper (not an eye waterer) definitely left an impression. If you love chocolate, or are just curious, check this out...
This is a top-notch tour/experience. Our guide, Nia, was funny and engaging and very friendly and helpful throughout the tour. The tour itself was fast-paced without feeling rushed, and the interactive parts were really fun and interesting. If you like chocolate, I guarantee you will not regret booking this tour!
SO fun! We had such a great time learning about, tasting, and making chocolate. Rahil did a really good job … interactive and informative.
Really good tour, great mix of fun and information. Lance was a great guide.
