The time at Cenote was very nice and Chichén Itzá of course incomparable. Valladolid was a bit short-bound, but overall a nice stop. Daniel, who led the tour and provided us with information during the bus ride was nice, funny and seemed very experienced. Before we went to the actual attractions, however, we were first dumped in a tourist trap of the worst kind. An oversized souvenir shop to which we lost almost 2 hours. So already 5 hours of our day were up before we even arrived in Chichén Itzá. Once there, we were handed over to another tour guide who was obviously heavily drunk and for some reason kept coming back to the topic of fertility. The fact that we still got time to visit the facility on our own after the tour made it much more pleasant.
They picked up from my hotel but in return dropped us 2 kms away. I wasn't feeling well but they don't listen. Tour guide speaks well while addressing the whole bus but asks too much personal questions if you ask simple questions. Not many food options if you are vegetarian.
The tour operator cancelled the tour a night before and we couldn't get any other questions. If you cannot accommodate anymore customers then you should not accept the booking.

They missed our pickup, wasted our one day. Also, the tour is not 12 hours, it's 15 hours. Also, they left 2 passengers behind.
According to your original booking details, the pick-up location was registered at a different hotel than the one where you were waiting. Despite this discrepancy, our team made every effort to accommodate you and successfully provided the tour service. Please note that our staff waited approximately 45 minutes beyond the scheduled time, which caused an extended duration to the tour. However, in order to respect the experience of the other guests who arrived on time at the designated meeting point in Chichén Itzá, the group departure proceeded as scheduled.
The tour was amazing and super informative! For a family who knows little Spanish, the tour was super inclusive to people who spoke a majority of English. The food was also super delicious. Hector and Roberto were great!
We went with NexusTours! what an amazing bunch of tour guides! Mario, Ricardo,Danella these guys did a well done job. we enjoyed every moment of our tour. We felt so protected being in their company. I recommend this tour to anyone who like to visit these places. They did well manage the people so we were on time for everything. Even our bus driver Balam was amazing. We will do it again with these guys. Thanks you all for making out vacation a memorable one.
Horrible they canceled n the trip completly when i was at the meeting place waiting in morning n they canceled rite after the suppose pick my oarty up n i still haven't a refund
Tour was great! On time pickup, professional drivers, professional guides, great lunch and show!! Smal warning, drinks are not included in the lunch, they offer you cocktails without alcohol, after 2 cocktails we paid 300 Mex Pesos. Don’t forget to bring anti mosquito spray (Deet), or, you can buy it overpriced by your tour guide. Overall it was a great experience!!
Great tour, very friendly guides that spoke both English and Spanish. Everything was perfect on their part, however, tourists should expect a full day out. We were picked up from our location in Playa Del Carmen at 8 am and were dropped off at close to 10 pm.
Hector the guide; Carlos the driver and Roberto assistant were great, Hector speaks good english. Thanks to that my teenager son learnt a lot of mayan culture
