This was our 4th tour that involved learning Italian cooking, and each one gets better and better. This class with Hilary (sorry not sure how to spell it in Italian) and her father Alvaro was our most enjoyable of all classes so far. They made us feel completely at home, like old friends or even family. We learned how to prepare about 6 different types of aperitivo, and enjoyed some great wine as well. The tastes of the food that Alvaro prepared were worthy of any restaurant in Florence. Ive never had anchovies that didn't taste fishy, and these were not fishy at all and tasted amazing. It was a very generous evening with a very kind family. Hoping we can return to visit with them again soon!
We took the appetizer course with Enza and we loved it. We have learned in a very dynamic and simple way what is cooked at home. Enza has been a wonderful host, always willing to adapt to our tastes and preferences. We highly recommend it!!
