Brilliant experience, would recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about Thai cuisine. The guides were so friendly and personable, they lead us through the market and showed us popular Thai foods as well as local dishes found only in Chiang Mai. The cooking was set out well - clear and personalised instructions, good pacing when prepping ingredients and cooking, demonstrations from the guide, and breaks inbetween each section to sit and eat your dishes. I am an average cook but the food I created came out looking professional! Highly recommend.
Niti was amazing, she was so funny and her english was amazing. It was a combination of together cooking and do it by yourself. A beautiful kitchen. And Moh was also so sweet.

If you are looking for a cooking lesson, look no further and book this one. You won’t be disappointed. We loved going around the market and trying some of the food and enjoyed learning about all the different types of food. We tried so many different typed of food, it was incredible!
