We had a great time. Out...

We had a great time. Out guide was T and he took many great photos for us. The elephants were the highlight and I would think the sanctuary was more on the ethical side (no riding) with feeding and interacting. We didn't expect much of the waterfalls but it was lots of fun climbing and not slipping down. Overall definitely recommend if you want a fun time with elephants well taken care of. (don't if you want the absolute ethical experience where you see elephants from far a way)

Amazing trip

We had the best experience on this tour! Seeing the elephants was surreal and the sticky waterfall was also so fun. Big thanks to Fluke our amazing tour guide for being so funny and welcoming the whole day as well as to the rest of the staff at the elephant sanctuary for being so incredible!

Elephant sanctuary

Our guide Amy was great. She was funny, informative and friendly. She was super helpful in taking pictures throughout the excursion. The elephants were amazing. Gentle giants. I liked that they were treated with love and given the space to just be. There was no elephant performance. It was a sanctuary for them and very much appreciated.

The Highlight of Our Chiang Mai Trip

We had an amazing day visiting the New Elephant Home sanctuary, Sticky Waterfall, and the bamboo rafting experience. Our guide, Mr.Bobby was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and professional throughout the entire trip. He shared a lot of interesting knowledge about elephants and was always happy to answer our questions, which made the experience even more meaningful. He also helped us take photos throughout the day, making sure we captured many wonderful memories. We especially loved the atmosphere at the elephant sanctuary. It was heartwarming to see the elephants living in such a peaceful, natural, and caring environment. They looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for. The whole tour was fun, educational, and unforgettable. Thank you for giving us such a special experience in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!

Unique experience.

A unique experience with elephants rescued from circuses and hard labor; they are well cared for, they are in the mountains, you interact with them, you can touch them, feed them, and there is total respect between the elephants and people, making it more exciting to see them free.

It's worth the trip.

This is definitely the highlight of our 10-day tour in Chiang Mai. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to attend on the day scheduled. The staff were kind enough to help us roll over for free until the right time. Our guide is Beautiful Amy. Not only did she perform her guided tour brilliantly, but she also gave us a sense of the family-like care and affection she has for elephants. We were accompanied by two puppies the whole time. We observe the lives of elephants up close, walk with them through the jungle and frolic with them. Hopefully these elephants will live happily ever after.
