Upon arriving in Teotihuacán, the first point will be breakfast. Option 1: Terrace with views of monuments such as the Pyramid of the Sun Option 2: natural cave In both places you will try the best of Mexican cuisine, typical dishes and an incredible experience that each place hides. (Time includes transfer from CDMX to Teotihuacán)

Truly a must when visiting Mexico! From a delicious traditional breakfast, a lesson on the agave plant and its cultural ties. To a spectacular and generous guide of Teotihuacan by Abel. The in-depth guide walked us through the site and its ancient history and mythology. At all the different places we were lucky to have Monse guide us through the right vendors to maximize our experience. Cannot recommend this enough for families who want a thorough, enjoyable and affordable experience.

Scam, they don’t bring you to the popular cave restaurant in the picture. Instead you go to a sketchy small hole in the wall cave. Also they force you into a 1 hour unskipable sales pitch where they try to make you buy carved obsidian statues. They act like they are hand carved but are really mass manufactured. Our tour guide for the actual pyramid part was great though.
