Our take-off area (flight departure point) is in the municipality of Teotihuacan, where at reception you will be waited with a coffee break or light breakfast (already included) before the flight
You can observe the Magic Town of San Martin de las Pyramids and surroundings
From the flight you can see the Magic Town of San Juan Teotihuacán, which is located in the southwest area of the archaeological zone of Teotihuacán
From the flight you can see the Pyramids of the Moon and the Sun
Here you can enjoy a full Mexican breakfast in an underground natural cave!!, where in the middle of the cave there will be a pedestal where dancers will perform pre-Hispanic dances while tasting your food
Here you will enjoy a tasting of pre-Hispanic drinks (optional) and the explanation of their elaboration as well as the crafts and materials of which they are made, a guide prepared in each language will be in charge of making these explanations of our culture.

Pick-up will be in the tourist vans in front of the angel of independence, which will be responsible for transferring them to the Globeport, where they will descend to the reception premises where their details and flight ticket will be taken so that they can continue with the activities of the tour

This trip was amazing and highly recommend it. From the beginning of the tour Crystal was great and made everything fun and enjoyable. She had the party energy to make this tour come to life. You do a lot in this tour (breakfast, hot air balloon, pyramids, mezcal tasting) for a great price and including pick up and drop off at your place.

I strongly recommend booking this excursion with a different tour operator. My experience was marked by poor communication, unreliable coordination, and a complete lack of responsiveness. If I could give zero stars, I would. The logistics coordinator was consistently unresponsive, frequently left messages on “read” without replying, and repeatedly failed to meet the timelines he himself committed to. Our tour was scheduled for a 4:30 a.m. pickup. Since I had not received any communication from the company the day before, I proactively reached out to confirm the pickup location, particularly because there were street closures near my hotel. I was told I would receive the details no later than 8:00 p.m. While I already felt that was quite late for a tour requiring a 4:00 a.m. departure, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, 8:00 p.m. came and went without any update. After multiple follow-up messages, I did not receive a response until after 10:30 p.m.—less than six hours before the tour was scheduled to begin. That same evening, our family experienced an unexpected death, making it impossible for us to attend the excursion. To the company’s credit, they provided a partial refund and advised that they would help accommodate us at a discounted rate should we decide to rebook later in the week. However, when I attempted to do exactly that, the communication issues continued. Over the course of two days, I sent multiple messages requesting availability. After finally receiving a response, I was told they would confirm availability later that evening. No response ever came. The following morning, I called again and was once more promised an update by a specific time that day. I even explained that if they did not have availability, I simply needed to know so I could make alternative arrangements with another provider. Despite several follow up messages, I never received a response. My messages were repeatedly left on read without even the courtesy of a simple reply. Ultimately, I booked the exact same excursion with a competing tour operator, and the difference was night and day. Their communication was prompt, organized, and professional. By noon the day before the tour, I had already received all meeting details, pickup instructions, and helpful information about the excursion. During our trip to Mexico, we booked several tours and excursions with different companies. Every other operator either met or exceeded expectations. This company was, by far, the most disappointing and least professional of them all. There are many tour operators offering similar experiences. My recommendation is simple: choose one that values communication, respects your time, and treats customers with professionalism. Based on my experience, this company does none of those things and quite frankly was left wondering if they’re even legit.
