This was a great opportunity to learn the history of these historical sites! Luis was a great guide! He gave us a lot of information and answered all of our questions! Highly recommend! Ramon, our driver, did a great job too!
Not worth it! This was supposed to be a 7 hours tour, getting picked up at 9am, but endend up being a 12 hours loooong day. I was picked up at 8:30 and we hit the first stop at 9:30. Thee tour itself ended at 17:30, so 9 hours from the time i was picked up. On the way back, instead of going through downtown, where most guests were staying, the driver literally went around the city on the freeway to drop off 2 guests. In times with google maps where everyone can follow the path we are taking, that was not very smart. I m sure it had nothing to do with the fact that they were complaining from the get go and that the guide helped him buy tickets for the wrestling match for that night and also helped with a tour for the next day. So the rest of us had to endure 3 hours in traffic, 1,5h of which with mexican music blasting in the van, at the request of the mentioned "vips", which promptly was stopped when they got off... The 7h tour turned into a 12h nightmare! Awful experience, just awful...
Safe, enough time at each one, very enjoyable, clean van and good driver, excellent guide who was very knowledgeable
Miriam and Ramon were great! I travelled with my sister who had a broken ankle and two senior citizens and they were very accommodating.
The guide and the tour both were nice. It was a part Spanish part English tour and the guide did a great job.
This experience was a mess start to finish. While some of it was outside of the tours control (protests and traffic, which I understand), the tour guide decided to skip lunch without giving us an option to stop for food and after they took us from the last available place to buy food. If time was an issue, they prioritized taking us to several places in an effort to get us to make purchases at associated vendors rather than prioritizing our experience on the tour. We ended up lightheaded after a lot of steps in the heat. In addition, the guide was not really knowledge about the history. I would highly recommend seeking out another tour vendor.
To begin, our guide was great! However, we were placed on the wrong tour... which was not made clear until a stop-that was not scheduled in what I had originally booked-was made. It was then, the guide shared that the other stop- a lunch stop... making the tour from 7:30-6pm (including 2.5 hours with pick-up and drop off). The tour I booked was from 9-4 with 3 stops... this tour which was $20/pp more. Instead, we were placed with another tour group to make a full shuttle. When Viator was contacted, they indicated this was the only tour. However, the tour guide did indicate they had moved another tourist to this tour. After a while Viator stopped communicating. Thankfully, the tour guide learned that others on the tour were also placed in the wrong tour. She made an adjustment to the timing, but we lost the additional time that we would have had at Teotihuacan. Lesson learned - to ask the tour guide before had, not just the tour name, but also the exact schedule before hand.
Great trip! Guide was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate in both Espanol and English to the split tour. Driver was great and drove with care. Good experience at all 3 stops. Food stop was ok, lots of vendors at the artisanal shop and teotihuacan. But overall, learned a lot and had a great experience
A long day but very interesting-the guide was amazing, learned a lot and just the right amount of time at each stop to not feel rushed
Excellent experience with Katya our guide.. The Shrine of Guadalupe must see/experience for Catholics
