After making your reservation, we will contact you so that you can have the information of your driver, who will pick you up at the location you send us. The driver will wait for you in the lobby of your hotel, Airbnb, between 4:50 am and 5:00 am, to be able to bring you to Teotihuacan and you can begin this unforgettable experience. We had an incredible experience on this tour. Our guide Ithamar was fantastic! Kind, professional, and very attentive throughout the day. It was my partner’s birthday, and the team surprised us a bunch of times by holding up a Happy Birthday sign under the balloon, which made the morning even more special. Pickup was direct from our hotel. Our driver, Derwin, was exactly on time, and drove very smooth. The hot air balloon flight over Teotihuacan was breathtaking and truly a must-do when visiting Mexico City. The cave breakfast is also excellent - great Chilaquiles! We also enjoyed the Tlalocan portion, very cool education on the local culture, and the artwork for sale is quite stunning. Be prepared that its a bit of a tourist trap there, but everyone is very nice and it never felt too pushy. One tip for future travelers: there are several points where tips are requested, so bring extra cash and smaller bills. We didn’t plan for this and couldn’t tip Ithamar as much as we wanted to, which we deeply regret. Overall, this was the highlight of our trip. Beautiful views, well organized, and a great team that made it memorable.

It was a great experience! We started the day with hot air balloons, breakfast in a cave, a tour inside the cave, the Chrystal art museum, Teotihuacan pyramids, and then they took us to make our own chocolate. Great experience! Our tour guide Ithamar was great! Very informative, respectful, courteous, and attentive! He brought us water and offered to take pictures of us every step of the way, which is great for us cause my girl and I get caught up in the moment and forget to take pictures! Luis our driver was very punctual, cautious and made us feel safe! I strongly recommend this tour to anybody that decides to come to Mexico City!

A wonderful day. Easily our best day in Mexico City. Ithamar was our guide and he was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly and a gentleman. Everyone was very understanding of my Mother's disabilities. So much fun to be in the air with many balloons and beautiful views. Really enjoyed the agave and chocolate tours. Definitely recommended.
