Excellent service. Reliable, on time and the drivers are friendly and professional.
We had a great stay at riad carina. The welcome is perfect from start to finish. The riad is clean. We had the opportunity to enjoy a couscous that was delicious and very hearty just like breakfasts in the morning. The riad also offers excursions we opted for the agafay desert and it was great.
A great stay in Marrakech , thanks to Said for the stay at RIAD . A splendid Riad in peace , clean and personal room at the top! Not to mention the delicious breakfast served every morning and the couscous! The best during the stay. We were able to take an excursion in the Agafay desert where we had a great evening! Driver didn’t show up and stopped responding. No refund, at least yet, and no support from TripAdvisor. Definitely avoid.
Said was pontual and super friendly, and the car was extremely conformable and spacious. He contacted me and provided clear instructions on where we should meet outside of the airport. Marrakesh is a wonderful city but it can be a little overwhelming to arrive and search for transport by yourself, so I definitely recommend Said’s transfer service.

Excellent service. We stayed in Marrakech for four days and had plenty of time to visit the historic center and go on a couple of excursions. Both the shuttle service to/from the airport and the excursions were perfectly on time, and the trip was enjoyable. The drivers were friendly and helped us with all our questions and requests for information. Given the low cost of the service and the high level of professionalism, I highly recommend it.
