This was a magnificent culinary and cultural experience. A true immersion in the heart of Southern Vietnamese food tradition, at an affordable price too. I had Tom for a guide, and he was awesome from start to finish. Very attentionate person who has a passion for his city, its history, the food, and knows how to communicate it to visitors. Dare to try something unexpected, you won’t regret it.
