Low key informative tour

We really enjoyed our time with Marouane. He was very knowledgeable about the areas and took us ro places we never would have found on our own and we felt very comfortable. We loved that he was flexible as well and not upset to eat lunch and finish early. Overall a great time!

Excellent walking tour

Very informative. Marouane was very knowledgeable and spoke English very clearly. He even recommended a place for us to eat that was very inexpensive and excellent. I highly recommend this tour.

Great Tour, but not private

Thami was a very knowledgeable guide who set a perfect pace for exploring the historic sites of Tangier. He pointed out great photo opportunities and included a rooftop stop for Moroccan peppermint tea that was stunning. The "tourist trap" stops for souveniers were at our request and we didn't feel pressured to do or buy anything. It was a fantastic way to explore the medina and see points of interest. I am deleting one star because this was booked as a private tour but we had 5 other people with us. It was still a lovely small group, but not what we expected.

unique tour

This walking tour of Tangier was the perfect way to discover the city! Our guide was super knowledgeable and friendly, sharing both history and fun local stories as we explored the medina, Kasbah, and hidden spots we’d never have found on our own. The pace was just right—enough time to enjoy the views, take photos, and ask questions. It felt more like walking around with a local friend than a typical tour. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to truly experience the soul of Tangier!

Very good as an activity in the desert

The view at sunset was spectacular. Very friendly staff and good food. The spectacle around the fire of Berber songs was exotic.

Tourist night. Mixed thoughts

Positives: The meal was really good and the bonfire and dancing a lot of fun. The staff were great. Negatives: 2 groups of tourists literally queing for a short, dull camel ride which doesn't go anywhere of beauty, just in a straight line there to a spot 10 mins away then back along the same route. An hour or so sitting around waiting. One toilet for around 3 dozen people! Expensive compared to other trips

Operator response

Hi, thank you for your feedback! We’re really glad you enjoyed the meal, the bonfire, the dancing, and our team’s hospitality — those are some of the highlights we love sharing with our guests. Regarding the camel ride, it’s meant to be a symbolic and short experience, as clearly described before booking. We understand it might not match everyone’s expectations, especially for those looking for a more scenic or extended ride. As for the waiting time and toilet access, we’re aware these are areas we can improve, and your comments will help us work on that. About the price — we include quality food, live entertainment, staff support, and a safe, organized environment. While there are cheaper options, we focus on offering a better overall experience. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts — we hope to welcome you again with an even smoother experience next time.

Amazing!

This was without a doubt the best value for money excursion we did whilst in Marrakech (and we did many). The transport to and from the venue was probably the most luxurious of our trip. The sunset camel ride was amazing, the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, and take some amazing photos! The food was also great, the best Tagine we had whilst in Marrakech. Finishing the night will some traditional Berber music and dancing was a very nice touch.

TO AVOID!!!! THE BENEFIT IS NO LONGER THE SAME AS IN PREVIOUS COMMENTS

To avoid absolutely!!! And I'll explain the reasons! I read a lot of reviews before booking... everything seemed to me to be in line with my expectations... except that the formula has changed... but no one tells you obviously! So our meeting is at 3:30. Everything starts well the bus is on time. We go to pick up 3 other couples ... I think to myself at worst there are eight of us on the camp that I saw in pictures... it seems okay to me if each at his little table to eat everything goes well. We make a small stop in an argan oil cooperative... well we play the game... without being excited since it smells like a tourist trap... then we wait for the driver... who in the meantime and went to get........ a sandwich.... after a waiting time we go back to the site... and there is all I wanted to avoid.... I find myself with my companion in a place that looks like a factory for tourists... the Guide informs us that there could be an hour wait to fair a camel ride....finally she manages to make us pass after a little wait... 10 minutes quickly done well!!!! And the next one! Quad and camel rides are in the same place...so I let you imagine the mixing of people, the noise and the lack of tranquility in the desert! A building acts as a place where you will have your meal with 200 other people!!!! There is a swimming pool (100 dirhams)... so no one swims there.... All the people who are with us on the bus break down as much as we do to see the trap we fell into!!! A show for tourists is offered... to make the pill pass.... but it does not pass... Our Guide realized that his small group was completely disgusted with this service that was not for anyone up to the task! She did everything she could to make us smile.... try to make this tourist trap moment a good time.... Thank you for trying everything. Really everything! Then this review is well addressed to TripAdvisor who wants to sell services and who does not hesitate to make tourist parks! I advise you to seriously avoid this service if you do not want to end up eating with 200 people in the desert, 10 minutes of camel quickly done well in the middle of quads and a colonia of buses in the night at the queue in the desert that brings all tourists back to Marrakech.... RUN AWAY!
