We have a 100% safety record so sit back, learn more and enjoy the air experience by paragliding over Cape Town! Minimum age is 14 years and max weight 100kg. Your instructors have been paragliding for more than 20 years each so you are in good hands! It is not a scary activity! Even the most nervous passengers always say that they will fly again straight away.

An absolutely brilliant experience, they kept in constant contact on the weather conditions saying there was a delay due to unexpected winds, but it was only an hour. When we got there we were greeted politely & our contact Robin was polite & respectful. Woulter the pilot was fantastic.

Super experience! Life is about the moments you remember. I thoroughly enjoyed my flight with Carolina and would recommend it to anyone. The team were very responsive about scheduling as it all depends on Mother Nature but we were lucky today get to see Cape Town below bathed in sunlight. Do it!

The views were absolutely breathtaking and flying above Cape Town was something I’ll never forget.As someone who can get nervous about heights and flying, the instructors were so reassuring and calm, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The takeoff was smooth, the flight felt amazing, and the landing was perfect. Thank you for such an unforgettable adventure — definitely one of the highlights of my trip! Don’t miss this otherworldly experience with Table Mountain Paragliding! The crew was incredibly helpful and flexible. When the weather looked like it would cancel our booked day, they reached out, rescheduled us a day earlier, and even went out of their way to pick us up from our hotel. The crew was incredible. They made this first time paraglider feel confident and safe! The scenes were amazing. The ride was about 30 minutes with an amazing sunset at 6pm.
