Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is available from the airport, bus terminal, or hotels located in Puerto Maldonado city center before the tour departure. Please send your arrival details (flight number, bus company, hotel name, and arrival time) at least 24 hours before the tour starts to coordinate your transfer properly. Our staff will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name. We recommend arriving in Puerto Maldonado before 09:00 AM on the first day to join all scheduled activities. If you arrive on an earlier flight or bus, you may wait at our office before departure to the lodge. Boat transportation to the ecolodge is included and operated according to weather and river conditions for safety reasons.
